Owner description: There are moments without words that only sensations can define, feelings that reach the heart and become the rapture, joy and beauty ofa moment to be treasured deep inside. The art of wine is one such moment, a masterpiece created by the talent that few possess, in which dedication and ability blend in a magical, mystical marriage with nature. The infinite in a single drop, fruit of a slow, devoted and meticulous passion.

“Impressive vinery, but let down by stingy tasting”
Reviewed November 15, 2011

The vinery boasts the wealth of its founder. It is impressive and immaculate. And Ca' del Bosco boasts an interesting list of wines. Why then is no real tasting offered at the end of the visit, in the sense of letting you try, albeit small sips obviously and a spitting pot, a variety of their wines? Why do they give you one big glass of their basis and unimpressive sparkling wine? A tasting tour of a vinery should most of all include the wines! A disappointment for wine lovers, rather than the nouveau-riche.
