We enjoyed our stay at this quiet small apartment. The neighborhood was quiet as well. We enjoyed the close proximity to mountain trails and the lovely ambience of the quick running stream right beside the "old mill" apartment.
The apartment was a bit smaller than we expected—basically three small rooms stacked on three floors—but it was well designed and we made it work. We especially appreciated the first-floor extra room to leave heavy suitcases so we didn't have to haul them upstairs. There would have been no space for them anyway!
Parking is not close, but was reasonably positioned.
Fabio and Giulia were helpful hosts before and during our stay. We had been out of the US for nearly a month and needed the wifi for work. This was much appreciated. We also appreciated access to laundry facilities.
If you're looking for a quiet place to combine work and vacation, this would be good. It's not close to much near the waterfront and you will need a car. The view of the lake is not spectacular, but you can see it from the bedroom window and a slight view of it from the dining room porch. If anything could be improved it would be a porch from the bedroom to enjoy lake views.
