Everything was clean and manitened. Good thing was that it is possible to park car next to challet. Frech croassants and delicious coffee in the morning you can get at the restourant. On reception was explained about visiting places around.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this camping. We had an XL pitch which was more than enough for a 6-person tent. Lots of shade which was very helpful. The camping is well maintained and clean. A lot of activities on site and a good evening programme. A few min walk to a supermarket. Quiet and peaceful.
The free wifi was not very reliable but we did not test the paid one.
This is a great campsite, highly recommended it for families.
We have stayed here before but this time travelled with our sister in laws family. Our group were 11 in total (ages 8 to 80). We had two of the four poolside apartments. These are lovely spacious holiday apartments and ideal for families with small kids and or grandmothers that need to escape the sun but not miss the poolside fun. The pool is well run so in the apartments you don't have excessive noise from the pool at any stage.
The staff in the campsite are also brilliant and show genuine care for their guest holiday experience. We had a few difficulties that can easily ruin a family holiday cancelled flights, lost days, broken arms you name it. This holiday could have been a holiday nightmare but thanks to the support and help of Camping Paintelle and their staff it was great holiday. They provided much needed support and reassurance when trying to rebook flights and genuine concern for our nephews broken arm. Thank you all so much.

Just back from a 10 day break in Camping Piantelle, we had a fantastic trip.
We are a family of 6, with 4 kids ranging from 1 to 12 years of age. We arrived early on check in day and our chalet was ready for us with no issues. Check in was easy, welcoming and faultless.
Got to the chalet and it was spotless. Location was perfect for us also.
The campsite is a 10 minute stroll to the moniga port which is a lovely stroll along the promenade beside the lake where there are some nice restaurants. Restaurant on site is nice also.
All staff we met were helpful, engaging and friendly. The kids club entertainment staff were brilliant and gave our children great memories of our Italian holiday (big shout out to Rebecca our Irish pal).
We all had such a great time and will be definitely returning sometime in the future!!

This year we were there for the 4th time and we are definitely going back next year.
Pantelle is a relatively small campsite, especially for Lake Garda standards. The staff is super friendly and you always feel like they know you personally.
The pool is lovely, no hassle for beds as they are almost always available and if not, you can walk to the lake and lie there.
Everything you need is there, a (small) shop, a reception that is open all day, a restaurant and super animation where even our teenagers regularly participate.
The position on the lake is also top notch. Several large supermarkets nearby, and a great base for fun trips. Within an hour and a half drive you have so much to do, you will never be bored.
I'm running out of superlatives, but we love it!!!
