Beautifully appointed rooms, decorated to the highest standard beckon guests to stay in while the immaculately gravelled promenade on the lakefront calls one outside. With a heated swimming pool, the glorious Lake Garda and an immaculate croquet lawn calling us to leave our comfy reclining chairs in the shade, there is, I doubt, a more peaceful place on this special lake. The service is exceptional. One's every thought is somehow known to the staff and pre-empted every instance! One only has to imagine a coffee by the lakeside and voila! it's there! Truly special in every way. I cannot imagine anyone not falling in love with this magnificence!

Room Tip: I'm fairly certain one can't go wrong with any of the rooms because of the scenery but a bal...

Hands down, best hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything was PERFECT. Beautiful rooms, impeccable service, amazing food, lots of privacy. There are so many little things that they just got right - from the one touch music button (with great selections), to the little snacks they gave us every evening, to the ultra friendly staff who helped us with everything. Best of all, they even do your laundry for you - FOR FREE. A total god send when travelling with 3 small children. Nothing was too difficult for them. I cannot wait to return!

After reading so many fabulous things about this hotel, was a little concerned if it could live up to my expectations, but it did!
Excellent service starts with greetings at the door upon arrival and never stops. Your table is always waiting means that quite literally here, and the food is delicious. Rooms in the main hiding are large and comfortably charming without being kitschy.
and provide views of perhaps the best part...the grounds and the lake which are extraordinary. It's expensive but it is a special place.

This is truly wonderful , the most amazing setting , fantastic food and you will definitely want to go back. The staff are lovely and are always around if you need anything and can arrange almost anyhting from what i saw .you can eat where and when you want and I had the most amazing truffle pasta , and vegetarian taster menu . The taster menu is a must along with the fine wines and cocktails by the waters edge accompanied with fabulous canapés. The rooms are beautiful , I stayed in the junior suite in casa rustica which was fabulous , light and airy named pastore which had great views of the lake and is by the lemon groves . The room is decorated with the finest linen and antiques with beautiful old photos of Churchill painting under the magnolia tree , the place has an amazing history and the books in the villa are great to look through to see how it has been transformed . It's expensive but well worth it as their is nowhere else like it . Wish I was back there now .

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful as we did have a look in the villa and the photos don't do them just...

Well you can read below why this place is beyond
-flowers on arrival
-no check in right to your room
-free laundry service
- free limo service anywhere there and back
- food to die for best pasta EVER
-20 guests on my stay 50 max with 90 employees
-everyone speak English
-free Mini bar stacked
-friendly helpful waitful staff

If the above doesn't do it for you well this should. It's about going one step further. It's about being late going out to a local restaurant which kitchen closed and them re opening theirs to serve you till 1pm. It's about you asking what time brekfast closes and them answering we will always be open for you any time of day. It's about you sneaking out of the restaurant and asking them to put candles in your room and when you arrive they are all lit and flowers peddles are all over the bed. THIS defines a one of a kind hotel. Staff willing to go OVER the call of duty day or night on your time schedule .This is why this is a gem.TRUST me there is nothing like this any place else

Stayed for two nights in late June. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed with. True perfection at every level. Worth the price and exceeded all our expectations. Will be seeking to return every year, as it now sets the standard for a great hotel experience for me.

Room Tip: Take the Aquariva speedboat for a journey on the lake. A great experience.

We were afraid that it all would be too formal , but the staff , every person, was so friendly and helpful , from the check-in ( a bouquet for my wife upon arrival, to the dinner service, to the whole stay. An exceptional place, view, pool, service, dinner and breakfast..just awesome!!
bring the charge card..this is a once in a life-time experience and you'll pay. Dinner with 2 cocktails, and a good bottle of wine was over 500 euros, but we felt it was worth it,,,the amuse bouche wa amazing and two rounds, the excellence of the food and prep( we saw a chef on a ladder clipping flowers and herbs in the afternoon for the dinner prep!!) was beyond anything we have ever experienced before. Trust me ..if you have the mopey, even for just pnce this grand hotel will deliver!!.
