If you are a foodie, you'll be disappointed. If you have a caveman's appetite you'll be hungry. If you are looking for a quiet outdoor table with a view out to the lake then, perhaps, you might be contented.
The 29euro (tasting) menu was acceptable, a little bland and unadventurous, although the pasta dish was delicious. The fish was fresh, well cooked but we didn't like the grey, dull polenta that accompanied it. I have to admit it tasted similar to plain mashed potatoes. Completely different from the usual golden coloured polenta I am used to. Why would you have polenta with fresh water fish?
The wine list was overpriced, we opted for the house wine which was good but at 12 euros still too expensive. Including service charge, wine (one bottle), water (one bottle) the bill came up to 75 euros. Disappointing and frankly just not good value.
