As a person who appreciates not only the flavor of the food but how the kitchen works to create it, I really enjoyed the open kitchen experience at Andeluna. The dining room/kitchen combination is a great way to showcase the food and wine pairings at this winery. Our hostess Gizela was charming and knowledgeable, introducing each course and the character of each of the wines. The hormigas tart and tomato with quinoa are a wonderful starters, followed by delicious salmon and shrimp salad. It continued to get better and better as lunch continued. Easily one of the best lunches I have ever had!
