We had an amazing time at Sheridan Lake Bed and Breakfast! The son shined all day and the private waterfront patio was perfect to unwind and relax! Breakfast was to die for and the hiking trails were great to walk our dog! Already planning our next trip back!!!!

Grab your sense of adventure, your eye for beautiful BC scenery and book yourself a stay at the Sheridan Lake B&B! Arriving from Alberta, the 45 minute skip across Highway 24 from Little Fort was a treat to some really pretty scenery. The cabin was cozy, and Deborah & Vance were so gracious and kind; always concerned that our stay was as safe, comfortable and well supplied as possible! With private accommodations & pier, spectacular scenery, and peaceful surroundings, it was a restful and refreshing getaway! I can't say enough good about it, and have marked it as a personal favourite vacation spot. I'll be back!

I had the opportunity to spend several days at this B&B. It was an extremely enjoyable and comfortable stay that made it hard to get up and go fishing!! The delicious and varied breakfasts that were prepared by Deborah were greeted with great anticipation. Sheridan lake has a reputation for big rainbow trout and it attracts anglers from all over North America. Staying at the Sheridan Lake Bed and Breakfast is the perfect compliment to this world class fishery. I will definitely return for more of those breakfast extravaganzas and the wonderful fishing.

This was our first stay and we absolutely loved it. We stayed 4 consecutive nights and couldn't be happier with our choice. The accommodations were very clean, private and enchanting. We both were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. The view of Sheridan lake is wonderful and the breakfasts are awesome! We found Deborah and Vance to be extremely hospitable and friendly. We loved having our morning cup of coffee on our own private dock and we enjoyed all the modern ammenties of the suite. It really allowed you to absorb all the nature you wanted without having to give up any of the comforts we have come to expect in a vacation getaway.

This was our fourth stay at Sheridan Lake B&B and once again we were not disappointed. The privacy is perfect and the breakfasts are something to look forward to every morning. Excellent ingredients prepared by a wonderful cook. It is so nice to have a luxurious place to stay in the beautiful Cariboo. Deborah and Vance go out of their way to make your stay special and to make sure you have everything you need. Can't wait for our next visit!

Hard to find the right words to describe our experience at this lovely one-suite B&B, but we'll try! First of all, the location is beyond beautiful, literally steps from the edge of Sheridan Lake, a lovely, clean spring-fed lake. The suite itself is designed and decorated in a way that produces the ultimate combination of aesthetically pleasing ambiance with luxury and superb functionality. Privacy is at the top of the list in this home-away-home, with even breakfast delivered via a sort of "dumb waiter" set up. And what a breakfast it is! WOW... Not only beyond generous in quantity, but over-the-top in quality as well. Outside is a huge, lovely, fenced, and totally private patio/yard with a gate leading to a private dock. There are many comfortable seating options throughout the outdoor space (nobody shares it, not even the owners/hosts!) and a high-end grill. And talk about "dog-friendly"... It was pure heaven for our Standard Poodle to have the run of the yard, without need of a leash, and even better for us to know he was totally safe. As a final "cherry on top" to our experience, when we discovered we had a flat tire the morning we were to leave, Vance (owner/host) jumped right in removing the tire himself, taking it all the way into 100 Mile House for repairs, bringing it back, and putting it back on for us! And all at no charge. We got to enjoy our breakfast while he did what was needed to assure that the rest of our vacation was not disrupted. Again...WOW. Our only wish not fulfilled is that this amazing sanctuary be a bit closer to our home so we could visit more often! Kudos to Deb and Vance for this gem of a place.

A friend and I were scouting out places to stay for fishermen at Sheridan Lake, BC and ended up staying one night at the Sheridan Lake B&B. and were suitably impressed with the facilities and our hosts, Deborah and Vance. We had the opportunity to experience their simple but exotic tasting cuisine cooked in an outdoor, wood fire fueled pizza oven. It was a taste to die for although I held back so I could write this review.

The accommodations are first class. Before breakfast, we could open the sliding glass doors to our separate patio looking east, where you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the fish rise to small insects on the water.

For our purposes, we were looking for good boat access to the lake to take advantage of it's superb fly fishing for trout. There is a small public access to the water adjacent to the property and 3 other access points within a 2 minute drive.

Truly a magical place.

Room Tip: Ask them about the fishing
