We have stayed here several times when passing through Malpensa. The hotel is modest with smallish but adequate rooms, clean fresh linen and comfortable beds. The price is right and is a much better deal than some of the chains dotted around the airport. Despite being only minutes away from the airport there is little noise. What makes the place special is the staff. From the driver who picks you up at the airport (free shuttle), the reception staff and management, the barman, the breakfast waitress, everyone is charming, friendly and helpful, with a pleasant word and smile. It makes all the difference. We will return.

We stayed here on the 2nd January 2013, it cost us euro115 for 3 people sharing one rooms. This was quoted to us as including breakfast, we then told him we will be leaving at 4:30 i.e. missing breakfast but he did not offer us less of a price. This 4 star Hotel has very nice rooms with sky TV. The staff is also polite and helpful. The area is dead here is nothing there. The hotel seemed to be completed empty apart from maybe 10 other guests this created a problem for us as we where hungry and wanted to eat at the restaurant in the hotel but they told us that it wont be opening. This is not really what we wanted after a lot of travelling. so we checked on the GPS for a nearby restaurant we found 1 close bye but as we walked in the rain to find it we also discovered that this was closed. So we eat at the bar of the hotel. problem was that my girl friend can't eat dairy so we asked if she could have a pizza without cheese, this could not be done as everything was pre-cooked and frozen, this applied for all the foods. when we went to order the food from the bar the bartender told us its better if you don't eat at the bar and eat in your room. I thought that he was simply being nice but after seeing the bill i soon realised that there was a room charge of something like euro 5 or 7 can't remember which one. Rather expensive and shocking that he failed to mention this. However the frozen dishes were good and not too pricey.
by the way this is 10 minutes from the airport and they provide you with a shuttle service to and from. This is also round the corner from a rental company called advantage which i definitely say keep well away from!

The staff was SUPER helpful when we arrived late in the afternoon and departed EARLY the next morning. We called from the train station to have their shuttle pick us up from the airport, which is about five minutes away. Although it's super close to the airport, you don't hear all the noise. There is a sit down menu which is pretty basic in the Italian meal department, but still yummy. Average prices. The room is your basic overnight room, nothing fancy, but it does the job! The shower was steaming hot!!! :) We went during the winter, so that was important. Free WiFi is also great. Overall, AWESOME hotel for a one night stay. Don't expect nightlife and restaurants around it though, as you're SO close to the airport. This is a stopping ground, not a leisure hotel. Happy Travels!!!

Room Tip: We had no problems with choosing a room. Didn't hear a peep from others. They help you with your...

We arrived from Australia at 8pm and had decided to stay near the airport overnight before heading on to our main destination of Turin. It worked out perfectly. We had a drink in the bar and were offered complimentary nibbles. A great night sleep in comfortable beds and quite spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The free shuttle is handy and came quickly once we were able to phone the hotel. For some reason i couldnt connect using my phone and we decided we would have to take a taxi. We told the driver and he phoned the hotel for us which was a lovely gesture and a great welcome to Italy. The hotel is great value for money and I would stay again.

We were going to take the train from Milan to Marseille, , but found out that it is cheaper (50 Euro) ,to fly. and quicker i(one hour) and very convenient with this hotel. You can take an express bus (10 euro) from the central train station to Malpensa airport. Then phone the hotel to send a free van for you. 20 minute ride. 70 euro for the hotel, breakfast included. and the following morning a short ride back to the airport. The train on the other hand is a seven hour ride and over one hundred euro.

I spent the night before an early morning flight out of Malpensa. The shuttle arrived at the airport to pick me up within 10 minutes after being called. The reservation was in order and the room was good. Would suggest they add coffee making facilities. Although close to the airport, there was no noise. Breakfast was good. Although the restaurant was closed the night I was there, the lobby bar had an excellent menu, and I can recommend the pizzas. All in all, a good experience and good value.

I have very mixed feelings about this 3* hotel.

It was easy to find and very close to Malpenza Airport, so for an early start or late finish, perfect, especially as they run a shuttle bus to drop off and pick up if you don’t have a hire car. Local garage nearby to refuel hire car before return too, as no opportunity to do this once inside the airport complex itself (been caught out on that before!).

Reception was helpful and English speaking and internet was free and actually worked.

Room would have been ok for the money paid, but despite asking for a non-smoking room, and signage to suggest it was, it still smelt like an ash-tray, so windows open, which in late November was less than ideal.

This really put me off the entire place, but everything else, restaurant, breakfast, location was very good value. Decor is a little odd, with strange pieces of 2nd rate artwork liberally spread throughout the building.

If you’re a smoker and on a budget, this hotel will work for you.

If you’re not a smoker, or don’t have a limited budget, perhaps not.

However, all things considered, good value for an airport location.
