Just went for lunch with lively 4 & 2 year old - they have some toys and blackboard for children to play with so I felt v relaxed. Service was friendly & food was lovely.

Have driven by many times, but on this wet, cold, miserable day, decided to go in to warm up! What a little gem of a place.
I had two boys with me (age 9); they were made very welcome too.
The owner couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced.
You really get the feeling of a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of room, and a choice of tables&chairs or sofa to sit on - a great place to meet up with friends.
I'll definitely be going back!
Thank you Potting Shed.

On a cold wet day what more could you ask for than a steaming bowl of delicious soup? The mushroom soup was amazing, packed with flavour and served with a wonderful soft roll. The cakes all look great, but the highlight is a homemade fruit scone served with jam and cream. Food is nicely presented and good value for money. A great place to meet friends and relax. Small items for sale make it very interesting.

Stopped in whilst travelling down to the west country. The signage was appealing but the food was disappointing to say the least. We had soup which was lukewarm and tasteless and decided not to chance the cakes which were overpriced. Will definitely find an alternative next time.

I went to this small tea room, adjacent to the Kelway Inn, for lunch. It had recently been refurbished and is a lovely light and airy cafe. It was clean and tidy, with friendly service and some outside seating. Perfect place for a light snack varying from scones and cakes to cheese and onion paninis.

I had a cheese panini with salad, my wife had a scone with clotted cream and my daughter had chocolate cake. All were delicious and fresh and the prices were reasonable.

The one different aspect was a selection of antiques near the doorway to the cafe and displayed in the windows.

Pop in for a light lunch and you will not be disappointed.
