This is probably one of the most practical places you can stay at in Panagsama Beach. The rooms are clean with the washrooms being surprisingly spacious. The staff are all friendly and polite without being overbearing. The food is prepared fresh but served quickly, and I believe that their dishes taste much better than some of the more established restaurants in the area. We had kinilaw almost everyday. Eve the owner, may be very busy but she was never dismissive of people asking for assistance and was really hands-on in the hotel operations.

Beside the hotel is a dive shop owned by Nelson, the brother of the owner of the lodge. Together, they make up what I heard to be the only fully locallly-owned establishments in the area. We were recommended here after getting ridiculously expensive quotes from other hotels and lodges.

The location is excellent as it's just in front of the area where the sardine bowl is. You won't have to walk very far.

Nelson's dive shop could use new dive equipment though, and throughout all the dives no one gave us any briefing. However, we would like to point out that we were really taken good care of by our divemaster above and underwater. And while the equipment may be a bit dated, they are definitely safe and usable.

It's generally peaceful and really just a great place to spend your nights and service intervals.

I stayed at Eve's kiosk while on a dive trip to Moalboal with my son last week. This is a simple hotel – the rooms are clean, comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy. The hotel is convenient to Nelson’s Dive School – the first and best dive tour operator in Moalboal. We liked the restaurant food, eating there for breakfast each day, lunch most days (between dives) and dinner a couple nights. The Wifi was good/fast although it didn’t reach to the rooms. Initially we had room 21 which was nice/large but we moved to room 19 where the aircon was stronger – the staff were very obliging and helpful for this. Overall, a great experience and I felt welcomed and ‘at home’.

I stayed at Eve's Kiosk for a few days while in Moalboal for diving. This is a simple little hotel located near the beach, restaurants and dive shops. The rooms are small but there's no need for anything bigger. The restaurant is decent but there are better restaurants in the area (especially if you like fresh seafood!).

The diving here is incredible. The reefs are pristine and full of lots of coral and tropical fish. I was hoping to see a seahorse or a whale shark but alas it never happened. Moalboal is a quiet little town and I really enjoyed my stay here. Be warned there are no ATM machines in town so you'll have to take a bus to Carcar if you need cash!

Eve's Kiosk is a great place to stay at Panagsama Beach area. It's close to Moalboal and to Saveedra Beach. Prices are good, reasonable, affordable. Most of all, Eve's is beyond my expectation. They cleaned up the room each day, they changed the bed sheets and the towels timely. They kept us clean and tidy during our stay. The air con is cold and not noisy, so you can sleep well and relax in the room.
Eventhough they don't have the ocean view, they have a good swimming pool to relax at. You can still sunbathing and chilling at the pool. Eve's is surrounded by the dive centers from many nationality. So you can just choose whom to dive with. Besides, Eve's can also arrange dive trips.
Eve's also provide free wifii which can be accessed at their restaurant area which is nicely arranged and cozy.

Overall, the services and the place are excellent :)

We went there for a family getaway. Me, my husband, parents and children stayed here for 4 days.
The value for money is good. Rooms are clean, they have nice garden and decent pool if you don't fancy the beach. We ate here a lot as well because the foods are nice and good value for money as well.

Highly recommend this resort.

Eve, the owner is very nice and friendly. We did diving at her brother's diving shop which right next to Eve's Resort and its only between 1200-1500. Moalboal is the best place to dive, with Pescador Island you can see plenty of turtles, very pretty corals and shawls of sardines.

Room Tip: Select the near by the pool for a nice view of the garden.
