Very nice 5 star hotel, modern style, big rooms and twice a day changing the towels in room. Very clean and relaxing. Restaurant was outstanding, huge selection of different food for breakfast, lunche and dinner. Cannot say much about entertainment, we watched the show once, seems quite fun for kids, but we were not really into it. We enjoyed the stay (10 nights) very much. Staff always helpfull and friendly. Two minor complaints: Internet connection is lousy and I dont know if they give special discount for kids, but sometimes there were just too much noisy kids, especially in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. But I dont blame the hotel for that, more the parents who think they are alone in the Restaurant.

The best hotel from this island. 5 real stars. The staff very friendly, food OK, very clean.
Only small details should be improved (internet, minibar) Recomanded for relaxation, for families with children.

Having spent 10 nights there with family & friends , Lovely clean hotel ,very relaxing and chilled Main issues where entertainment was terrible lovley group of people but didnt really have a clue on performance ( HAD THE KIDS STUFF DOWN TO A T SOMETIMES FELT DANCING WAS A LIT BIT RAUNCY FOR KIDS TO SEE AND AS FOR JACK SORRY YOU NEED TO STEP IT UP CAN'T SING FOR TOFFEE AND ONCE YOUVE SEEN ONE NIGHT KNOW WHATS COMING FOR THE REST OF THE WK )
Would of been nice if staff smiled more and knew more about the hotel as was told nearest toilet was in my room !!!! , Entertainment bar was away from hotel thank god we werent staying near there as the smell from the drains was disgusting and watching kids playing in it was fowl .Food was good but much of the same day in day out couldnt understand where the theme nights came into it ??? , more effort could of been put into it and good old english we qued up and everyone else pushed in ...sometimes it couldnt accommadate everyone for dinner we made sure we were there for 7 otherwise long delays .
over all relaxing hols just needs some attention to the lit things .Water slides need regular cleaning as we didnt go near until last but one day , all the other pools fab cold but clean as for sun beds had to get up early to get a good slot especially if in a large group and wanted to stay to gether .

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, in June 13. The hotel itself is gorgeous, real first class. As I have mobility issues, I found the absence of hand rails frustrating, as it meant I had to depend on my family.
The entertainment team ( Laura, Ashley, Alice, Natalie, Jennifer and Jack ) were really nice people, all English I might add. Alice had an amazing voice, really good. I felt and this is my opinion, that Jack really let the side down. As many a time he was out of time, off key and even forgot the words. They didn't work long hours, split shifts I think, so I feel that he could have put some effort in by rehearsing in his own time. The entrainment itself was good but it was pretty much the same every night, the girls and Jack singing and dancing. After the 4th night we all found this boring! The entertainment area is away from the main hotel on a area that is gravelled, again not good with my mobility issues. Not sheltered either, so open to the elements. Great when its not windy but really COLD when it is. The stage is not raised :-( Repeatedly the entertainment team were asking guests not to throw or play with the stones. As they get on the stage and could cause them to fall :-( Also many a nights from 8pm the entertainment team could be seen rehearsing on the stage, as the mini disco was due to start at 8.30, we often saw them, again disappointing:-(
The hotel has a main building that we stayed in and another area of apartments that were by the entertainment area. I would have been really disappointed and upset if we had been staying over there. It would have meant us walking over (around 3 mins) to use the pools, restaurant and shop. The lady in the shop was very curt! The food choice was good, always plenty of it. The waiting staff were pleasant enough, although they don't speak much English. Lukas and Roslinda (I think) were the nicest, always smiling and polite. The short bartender in the main hotel bar was lovely. The down side was you had to pay for bottles of water, not expensive only 1 euro for a litre, but I felt that it should have been part of the all inclusive.
The hotel were also very accommodating, they let me use their kitchen to heat my MS medication. The chef, again was also very polite and lovely.
The pools were very clean, the only down side were the metal steps to get out the pool. These had come loose, I was worried over the safety of other guest. The pools also had other graduated steps that I was able to use :-) The slide area was great my daughter loved these and I was even able to take part. The only down side, was the pool there didn't look clean, we checked everyday and only used the slides when the water was clear. There were always plenty of sun loungers available.

Stayed in room 107 between 2nd june and 16th june! THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE very annoyed about this as no one mention this when booking, on arrival at 10pm we went to the only bar we could see to ask for a bottle of water to take to the room only to be told it was e a la carte bar and a bottle of water would cost 3 euros! Not impressed ended up carrying glasses back to are room which were then there till the end of are stay!

Had a lovely time and it has it good and bad points but it didnt blow me away.
Staff are rude and unhelpful apart from the animation team who are a great bunch of girls!
Hotel is lovely, clean and has a lovely view from reception and from the restaurant.
Room very basic and small but as we didnt spend a lot of time in the room that didnt bother us but the lack of storage space did! Glad we were in room 107 as not near entertainment and right near the pool, i feel if we would of had a room near the entertainment it is a bit of a walk.
Entertainment finishes at 11 pm which is great if you have kids! Everything finishes at 11.30 you can get nothing after this time so not great from couples i think! The entertainment is ok but its outside so got cold at night and it starts at 9.30 which i feel is a bit late when u have kids, and there isnt much variety in the show its just singing and dancing, with a different theme!
Didnt struggle to get a sun lounger as my husband was always up early but he was very annoyed that he could not get a coffee till 7.30 . In fact you cant get anything till 7.30, this was annoying as there is a self serve coffee machine and all the staff are in early but only switched the machine on at 7.30 wont of hurt to put it on early!
Food was delicious and always hot with plenty of choice only down side was at dinner service there was always a queue and you felt like you were back at school queueing for you dinner.
Not very many english there when we were there would say 20% not to much of an issue apart from english are polite and queue the forgein guests push in!
All the pools at this time of year were cold!
Water slides- i can not stress enough how dangerous these are! My husband broke his nose on our second day, as the guard let the come down the orange slide together and they collided at the bottom. The guard is useless and didnt see my husband get out bleeding. He doesnt watch the kids or tell them to wait till the bottom is clear. When watching my son there were so many near misses with other children (not english) landing on him!

I had my birthday out in zante and wont say the hotel did anything to make my day more special even with my husband telling the hotel and emailing before we arrived. Lastly we had a problem with mice! And the hotel staff didnt really see the importance of sorting our problem! Said it was nature and our fault for leaving the door open!
We then found holes in the kids sofa bed where they slept and ask the hotel to change the bed, they said they would sort it. But all they did was fill the hole with mastic! Finally after more holes and more droppings in the room they changed our bed whilst every1 was at dinner! Only to find out later they had switched it with the sofa from the couple who where staying in the next room, luckily they had over heard us complaining and when they went back to there room they noticed all the stuff had moved and their bed was different. The couple came to find us and ask us to check if it was our bed and it was! After yet another trip to management the problem was sorted!
The rep is lovely but there is one rep for 3 hotels and i personally feel she that she wasn't always there when she said she would.
Would recommend a taxi in to the near by town we did this a few times and every1 was friendly and lovely shops and places to eat!

All in all a good holiday but not great and i expected more

From the moment we walked into reception we were greeted by the fab view of the beach and sea . The hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious the cleaners worked very hard all day . The food was in a class of its own , fresh , tasty and loads of choice , every meal . We stayed 2 weeks and not 1 evening meal was repeated . A big thankyou to the chefs and kitchen staff . The resteraunt was well organised Stephanos has eyes in the back of his head and made sure the waiting staff gave attention to every table . The drinks were drinkable not to strong which suits me The management were all very friendly as were the reception staff . A good holiday was had by all .
