We have just got back from a 14 day break at this hotel. We are a party of 6, mum dad twins of 16 a 13 year old and a 9 year old. We had 2 rooms in the first block up the hill from reception. The rooms were brilliant, huge and clean but the A/C was a bit hit and miss. The view from the majority of the rooms in the hotel were stunning, take some binnoculars and chill on the balcony watching the ships sail by, perfect! The food was fine with plenty of choice and the slides and the pools were fantastic. There is a vast mix of nationalities, lots of dutch, scandinavians Italians and Israelis, not an awlful lot of Brits only about 4 or 5 families, but the kids all seem to mix regardless after a few days. We also made some great new friends. The animation team were very good and friendly as were most of the bar staff and waiters although the bar manager, the tall slim one was a bit of a jobsworth. Things like not allowing the kids another glass of coke untill the one they had was totaly empty and watching how many rounds we were collecting before the bar shut at 11. We always go all inclusive and this was the first time I have experienced being monitored. Another gripe is the fact they charge for wifi, in 2012 ? bit unusuall these days. All in all a great hotel, I would recommend if you can get it at the right price. Special mention to the excellent service from bar waitresses who come around the pool during the day with trays of drinks they were so lovely and friendly. Most of the table clearing staff were lovely in the restraunt although Denisa was quite rude. All in all we had an amazing two weeks and now that we have returned home we all want to be back there again. Thank you Panaroma Aqualand!

Room Tip: We were in 1227, but all rooms are good. For something really special go down to the next door hotel...

We have just come back from a 9 night stay at Aqualand.....we stayed there 2 years ago when it was an Iberostar hotel and was really looking forward to the holiday. .....We were given room 905 which was a ground floor studio and straight away asked to be moved as it smelt of damp....we were given a different room 2 nights later. ...this was alot better with sea views....the staff on reception were really nice, polite and friendly nothing too much trouble......The new pool is great fun and as it is opened by the lifeguard at 10am means sunbeds can't be reserved at 6am in the morning. ......the food is good with plenty of choice and the drinks are served until 11pm,the waiters were friendly too especially by the slides pool......the only thing that annoyed me was that we went out on a day trip and had to pay for the packed lunch..I thought if you were all inclusive this would have been free.......overall the holiday was great and would definitely go again....

my name is Hagar and i just spent one beautiful week in kos. i have only warm words to describe our experience. my boys are 13 and 10 years old and enjoyed the water park in the hotel.our room was big and clean. the food was great with plenty of variety. we enjoyed the all inclusive so we had lots of drinks, ice creams, sandwiches, coffee and more-all day long. the beach was a5 min walk and there was a shuttle service from the hotel every few min. we took the local bus to visit the city and the next day we rented bikes and road there. but most important thing was the good service of the staff. everybody was kind and friendly and always with a smile even at the end of a long day.when we had a problem there was always somebody who listened and helped. even the door of the manager was always opened to us. there was also the animation team that spent time with the kids and adults and we had great shows every night. we are home now but our hearts are still there!!!!

We visited Kipriotis Panorama Aqualand, which is one of the hotels run under the name Kipriotis. It is located on top of the group up on the slope. This means that the walk to the hotel takes some effort, especially when it is warm - and it really is in July. However, no problem, the hotel shuttle minibus is commuting all the time between the main road by the beach and the hotel reception.

Our room was 1514, which the second to last uphill. Nice brisk walk from the reception to the room, which was not a big deal to us, but could be for some who have physical limitations. The room was nice, with a very nice view from the terrace towards Turkish coastline. The building has three floors, ours was in the 1st floor, and it is just fine, the ground floor rooms are not so nice, only a limited view from the terrace, so try to get a room from 1st or 2nd floor.

We had an all-inclusive stay, which was a really good bargain: Greek cuisine is fantastic, and the choice of meals was more than enough, also with variety during the week. Free drinks was also highly appreciated by the pool, when it was so hot. It is officially forbidden to reserve sun beds by the pool, but people don't care about it - as usual - , but that did not matter too much, there were always enough sun beds for us four.

The staff was very kind and helpful, special regards to Sevi in the mini market, it was so nice to get to know you, and once again thanks for the recipe to make true Greek Tzatziki!

Room Tip: The view from the upper level buildings (14xx-16xx) are nice and a bit away from the pool and noise...

The hotel is located 3-4 km from the city, there is a shuttle up/down service to the main road and
from there you can take a bus service to KOS city.
The food was great, a lot of water activities, my kids had a lot of FUN !!!
All inclusive was great...
We took also a car for 2 days to visit all the main sites, including the other side of the island .
One day we had also a greek show at the evening.
If i compare it to other hotels with 5 stars it gave me more value for my money.
They must change only the Internet access with payment, since other hotels give it for free.

We got swapped into this hotel .. as did most of the other english we spoke to. Its a 'family' hotel which we aren't. However, overall the hotel is fine. The staff are the usual laid back style, but nice. Food all edible. Not 'the best' but always something i could eat. All inclusive drinks stop at 11pm which is naughty. Our room smelt damp but we were told we could swap cos the hotel was full. In the lounge area, the wall was actually falling off cos of damp. Ants are a problem. And lots of spiders. Not sure why, but i've really never seen so many?!?!
I'd say this is a good 3*... but its def for families as no entertainment at all for adults and as i say, all inclusive stops at 11pm.
Be aware, if you're not a good walker.. this is no good.. on a very steep hill. Mini bus takes you to the main road for the beach and stuff but even some of the rooms are a walk away.

Room Tip: Choose a room under number 1100 ...
