We visited Kipriotis Panorama Aqualand, which is one of the hotels run under the name Kipriotis. It is located on top of the group up on the slope. This means that the walk to the hotel takes some effort, especially when it is warm - and it really is in July. However, no problem, the hotel shuttle minibus is commuting all the time between the main road by the beach and the hotel reception.

Our room was 1514, which the second to last uphill. Nice brisk walk from the reception to the room, which was not a big deal to us, but could be for some who have physical limitations. The room was nice, with a very nice view from the terrace towards Turkish coastline. The building has three floors, ours was in the 1st floor, and it is just fine, the ground floor rooms are not so nice, only a limited view from the terrace, so try to get a room from 1st or 2nd floor.

We had an all-inclusive stay, which was a really good bargain: Greek cuisine is fantastic, and the choice of meals was more than enough, also with variety during the week. Free drinks was also highly appreciated by the pool, when it was so hot. It is officially forbidden to reserve sun beds by the pool, but people don't care about it - as usual - , but that did not matter too much, there were always enough sun beds for us four.

The staff was very kind and helpful, special regards to Sevi in the mini market, it was so nice to get to know you, and once again thanks for the recipe to make true Greek Tzatziki!

Room Tip: The view from the upper level buildings (14xx-16xx) are nice and a bit away from the pool and noise...

The hotel is located 3-4 km from the city, there is a shuttle up/down service to the main road and
from there you can take a bus service to KOS city.
The food was great, a lot of water activities, my kids had a lot of FUN !!!
All inclusive was great...
We took also a car for 2 days to visit all the main sites, including the other side of the island .
One day we had also a greek show at the evening.
If i compare it to other hotels with 5 stars it gave me more value for my money.
They must change only the Internet access with payment, since other hotels give it for free.

We got swapped into this hotel .. as did most of the other english we spoke to. Its a 'family' hotel which we aren't. However, overall the hotel is fine. The staff are the usual laid back style, but nice. Food all edible. Not 'the best' but always something i could eat. All inclusive drinks stop at 11pm which is naughty. Our room smelt damp but we were told we could swap cos the hotel was full. In the lounge area, the wall was actually falling off cos of damp. Ants are a problem. And lots of spiders. Not sure why, but i've really never seen so many?!?!
I'd say this is a good 3*... but its def for families as no entertainment at all for adults and as i say, all inclusive stops at 11pm.
Be aware, if you're not a good walker.. this is no good.. on a very steep hill. Mini bus takes you to the main road for the beach and stuff but even some of the rooms are a walk away.

Room Tip: Choose a room under number 1100 ...

When we arrived we were shown to our room - very large, with seperate living space and bedroom, we were very pleased with it, we had a double balcony overlooking the pool and the views out to turkey - we stayed in 916 so get one near there if you can. The food was very nice we are not fussy eaters to be honest but we enjoyed the food every day, there was a lot of different choices and they had outdoor BBQs. The beer and red and white wine is on tap along with fizzy drinks and juices so you just help yourselves which I prefer. The place to very clean and the pools are all very nice. we stayed the 1st week in June and there was only about 5 English families in the whole complex, It wasn't too busy which I liked because we never queued for drinks or struggled to get a seat or a sunbed. The only downfall was - the entertainment - I mean is was pretty bad, i've never seen anything like the shows that they put on, they were so bad you had to laugh, saying that though they were all really lovley people and they did try really hard. It was so hot in the day that most people didn't want to take part in the activities but they didn't do shooting or archery and the activies that they did do they wanted you to go to the beach but I couldn't be bothered it was so hot. Overall with great food, nice staff, perfect room - amazing pools and waterslides (very nice lifeguards) I would love to visit this Hotel again - We could only get the English news channels which was a bit boring but we didn't spend much time in our rooms anyway.

The hotel is 3 km more or less from the centre of Kos town.
The location is ok, on a hill with great view on the sea and the turkish shore, of course on the other side is not so good if you need to walk up there.
The Hotel is nice, with different blocks of 3 floors. The room we stayed was actually 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a kitchenette (even if we booked a double) at the first floor of one of the blocks over the reception, it was comfortable, with nice balcony, a good bathroom, the furniture was ok, not very new but of good quality (the hotel was actually a 5 stars that is now a 4 stars, i imagine because of lacks of renovations).
The service is good, very helpful, always smiling.
The all inclusive package is well worth, the food is good and you always have good choice, and the drinks are available all day long, from 8 to 24 in the 2 bars, beer wine and cocktails included.
The price we paid was really a very good one, we booked trough www.clever-hotels.com and get a very good price.
The pools of the hotels are good, we did not use them very much (actually the main one with water slides we never used) as we prefer to go to the nice beaches of Kos during the day, but after coming back from the trips, a nice dive in the second pool, the quiter one, was very good to relax.
On the other side the beach of the hotel is very poor, really not worth to stay there. If you book this hotel is a must to rent a motorbike or a car to go to the nicest beaches of Kos and to the mountain as there is not much around the hotel and would be a shame not to visit the rest of the island that is really beatiful.
My suggestions: absoulutely to visit: the area of the beaches near Kefalos ( Camel, Lagada, Paradise, Ag. Stefanos...), my favourite: Camel beach; the villages of Lagoudi, Asomatos and Zia in the mountains, nice is also the drive to the thermal area of Ag. Fokas. Probably there is more to see, but in 1 week is not so easy to be everywhere!
In general a very good experience, if i would have holiday in Kos again i would probably prefer to book something in Kardamena that is more or less in the center of the island and everything is quicker to reach, but for sure i would not be disappinted to come back to Psalidi as well!
