The hotel is rated 3 star but exceeds that in my opinion. Our room was clean and comfortable and a mini bus was provided to take us to our room up a steep hill. The drivers were helpful and friendly.
The staff in reception, restaurant, bar and not forgetting the animation team were all amazing.
I would certainly recommend this hotel and will be going again.
The sun beds could have a more comfortable cushions.
The food was excellent for an all inclusive. The animation team was always a very entertaining every night. The hula hoop event was amazing.
The staff in reception were always helpful and always made you feel welcome.
All in all absolutely a great week.

It's a nice hotel, clean and well staffed. Positives, clean, great pool, plenty of loungers where Janis is always ready to help in any way. Restaurant is class, the staff in there outstanding, the food is pure class and the views from the restaurant terrace amazing.the gymnasium is basic but does the job though the attendant is a bit abrupt. On the negative side, rooms 620 to 628 are very noisy due to a sub station outside, you couldn't sit on the balcony. On checking out the luggage holding room has lockers at 2 Euro each which you can only open once which I found penny pinching. Finally if you stay half board I would recommend Spiros taverna at the bottom of the hill from the hotel road to the left. It doesn't look much but it is real Greek food cooked by Maria cold Greek beer served by Spiros to die for at a very cheap price.

Spent a week there from June 15th and varied with my opinion from a rating of 3 to 5 throughout our stay.
Firstly the building is absolutely gorgeous so much space everywhere and it is very clean indeed, for looks alone it should make a 5. There were always a choice of sunbeds absolutely no need to get up early, strolled down after breakfast around 10.00 each day and there were plenty to choose from and lots of space around each so you are not on top of your neighbour.

We stayed Ultra AI courtesy of a generous booking through Jet2 (more about them later) and had a Superior Junior Suite with sea view, the room was plenty big enough, very modern and exceptionally clean, the use of the safe and WIFI was included and on arrival we had water and soft drinks in the fridge which was nice. Those all appear to be chargeable at most hotels these days. The bed was rock hard and the air con was like an asthmatic however, nowhere near powerful enough.

The food was mostly ok, for some reason lunch times were better than the evening, breakfasts were fine throughout. You would have to be a very fussy eater to starve here.

The beach is shingle and not the prettiest, the sea was very cold and quite rough, only went there one day and reverted back to the pool.

So why you may ask was I not overly satisfied? The entertainment was quite awful most nights, a chap playing his organ a couple of nights a few girl singers one night, not great. The only night which appeared ok was a Greek night, unfortunately we had been so bored we had been out into Kos Town so missed all but the last ten minutes. We had enquired many times to find out what is on, doesn't seem to be advertised hardly anywhere, we asked at reception three times and were never told. Also we found out via Trip Advisor (staff didn't tell us) that we could go to the sister hotel the Kipriotis Village which is about a 15 minute walk away. This was so different, it was manic, absolutely packed with people and the entertainment was shall we say juvenile. It wasn't for us so didn't bother to go again.

On to the staff, mostly ok, some only just so, by far the best was the lifeguard and Cristina at the main bar who was absolutely lovely, she couldn't do enough for you. Even when we checked in the night shift receptionist wasn't overly friendly and seemed upset that I had interrupted his well rehearsed speech, to ask him some questions. Overall we enjoyed the Panorama but left feeling it was let down by the finer details, shame really it really is lovely hotel.

A quick note about Jet2 and Kos. First time with Jet2, nothing to worry about at all, lots of very attentive staff at the airport, plane was very new (seats are bit hard though) transfer was great and on time both ways. Very good service indeed. Kos Town is again really nice, locals are very friendly, plenty to keep you occupied with many shops and bars, very much enjoyed the Town.

The airport is an absolute joke, tiny space with 3 flights of people all crammed in, no information as to where to go, staff rude, surly and shouting at each other. This alone will stop me from visiting Kos again.

Overall it was a good week just a few things which could have been better.

Room tip: Ultra AI is a must sea view rooms are great, highly recommend the Superior Junior Suite. We had third floor

Went for 10 nights with my husband. Lovely hotel with Seaview . Food was excellent, cleaners were friendly hard working and always kept our room tidy, clean sheets and towels every day
We were disappointed with the intertainment side of things. Everyone we take a shower the water leak onto the floor which is dangerous my husband nearly slipped over. On our last day of departure, check out is at 12pm after that you are on your own. Our flight was at 22:00 we had requested to pay extra for our room or any other for another 6 hours to rest up until the coach come to pick us up at 18:20, we were told that it is not possible. We couldn't get lunch also at 12:30 because 12:00 is check out, if you need lunch you would have to pay for it. Not very Courtesy. they only have one shower in the basement which we had to reserve a day before if you need a shower before you travel, atlease we were able to freshened after walking around all day in the sun.

The staff were friendly. I would like to thank Nikos and Dimitri both restaurant staff, they were a breath of fresh air alway with a smile on their faces and hard working they need more staff like that, they have made most of my holiday worth while.

As a courtesy they should provide people who have late flights with a resting quarters. Most of the customers like myself have medical problems and would appreciate it even if it's for a small fee.

The hotel is set in a superb, elevated location just to the east of Kos town and close to the bus stop and coach pick ups for all the trips. We stayed in room 611 which had lovely views of the sea across to other islands and Turkey, as well as Kos town and nearby hills.

Reading reviews before we went suggested that the staff were rude and unfriendly - this was certainly not the case. With very few exceptions, they were all friendly and helpful all the time.

We were both very impressed by the hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

The only reason we have marked it 4 out of 5 was due to the food being similar throughout the two weeks we were there. It is all buffet style and was not always as hot as we would have liked.

Room tip: 6th floor offers great views, Steer clear of rooms directly below or close to the Red Sky Bar.
