Had a good time at this hotel, the staff are very nice and helpful. we went for our wedding anniversary and right from the start we were welcomed as we were on all our visits in the past
A special thanks to Eleni in the restaurant for her care and attention that she gave us on our anniversary meal, we hope to go again next year.

Room tip: Worth the extra money for the executive rooms

Good hotel. Very kind staff and very good service! Beatiful view. Distance to Kos is no problem when you hire a bike.
The warm food is sadly enough not warm. It stays in trays for a long time and you can taste that!
The music in the dining room was horribel.
Besides that we did enjoy our stay in this hotel very .

Room tip: Seaview is wonderful.

We stayed at Kipriotis Panorama Hotel and Suites this summer and I kept meaning to write this review in the hopes of saving just one of you from booking your vacation at the resort. This is NOT A 5 Star Resort. I would probably rank it a 2 star resort. Everything about the place is dated except for the pool and spa area which is fantastic. More importantly though, the customer service was just awful. The food was very mediocre. Our room was dated, the carpet dirty and the beds rock hard. We actually complained about the beds and they brought in cushions from the pool lounges and put them under our sheets. I repeat, this is not a 5 star hotel. Save your money and your valuable time and do not go to this resort.

We'd booked for a family holiday at a Kos resort that will remain nameless for now.
At end of season, it seems that all the resorts get together and decide which hotels can close, and which stay open.

Our booked "family" holiday ended up in a stuffy hotel, where the kids couldn't even use the inflatables that they bought in the hotel shop!

Other visitors had been told in advance that their chosen hotels would be closed... Thomas Cook did not advise us. The other guests had the opportunity to negotiate the use of a nearby Aqua park - Thomas Cook gave us no such option, until we got there, and it took us the best part of 3 days to get access to the park.

Kos itself was really nice. The ruins were easily accessible, (had this been in England they would have charged you a fee to get in, and restricted your access) - the people are friendly and speak good English (mostly).

Watch out for : mopeds and motorcycles.... You seem to be walking on a pathway when a motorcycle comes hurtling past.

Value for money: bus trips are reasonable, but this is an economy in crisis.... We paid €30 for 2 pizza and chips, with 2 lagers and 2 soft drinks!

I would probably go here again in main season, but then again there are plenty of other places in the world!

Kos is good..... Thomas Cook, not so!

Room tip: The gym was completely unusable..... But they'll give you a bottle of wine (all inclusive variety) for the inconvenience

We stayed at the Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites in October.
The first thing to say is that there are a number of hotels/apartments within this complex some are 4 star and some are 5. The Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites is the best of the 5 stars being at the top of the hill with the best views.

Room

We stayed in an executive suite. There aren’t very many of them in the hotel and they are exactly twice as big as a normal suite. In the additional space they have two sofa beds. Unless you are in a big party there isn’t much point in booking this type of room as the only real advantage is the additional sleeping area and a double balcony. One good point was the bed. It was HUGE. Easily 7 feet wide.

All Inclusive

Do not be fooled, this is an all inclusive hotel. If you are not on an all inclusive plan there it will be very expensive. For a small soft drink/beer at the pool bar you will be paying E3.50. The choice of drinks was the normal all inclusive stuff, cheap wine (the white was really bad) ‘Vap’ beer and local (cheap) spirits.
All inclusive food is served in the large dining room. There was lots of choice as long as you like salad. The food was quite bland and lacked any real taste. We ate in Kos town a few times which wasn’t really a problem as there is a bus that takes you into town from outside the hotel for 1.30.

The hotel

The hotel looks quite impressive in the common areas. The pools were nice with lots of sun loungers. Our room and all the common parts were clean.
We went at the end of the season (mid October) and the entertainment in the bar had stopped by the end of our holiday which was fine as it was very poor.
The hotel staff were, on the whole, very rude. Everything was too much trouble for them especially in the dining room. The bar staff were by far the nicest people.
Another problem which reflects this poor attitude was the heating in the bedroom. There was a period of quite cold weather and the nights were cold. There was only a sheet on the bed (no quilt etc) so we put the aircon hearing on. Cold air came out. I thought it must be broken so rang reception. I was told that despite the aircon unit saying it did heating and cooling the temp was actually set by the hotel and i had no control over it! The reception said it wasn’t cold (despite the fact that the Greek people had hats scarf’s and coats on). We weren’t offered any solution until i asked for blankets which were then brought to us.

All in all this is quite an average hotel. The service was quite poor which is inexcusable at any hotel. It’s not what i would call 5 stars, more like a good UK 3 star.

Room tip: have an executive room if you are traveling as part of a large group. If you not, don't.
