Stayed at hotel nearby & knew about this course from my research beforehand.
Course was a real test for the mid handicapper (or any for that matter!) - but not ridiculous. Fairways were fair (could risk the driver at most holes), lots of bunkers
4 tee positions meant that you could pitch your game accordingly - apart from 'tournament' at rear, there was then 'blue' (back) or 'white' (middle) apart from forward (ladies). We chose blue and the course played accordingly.
Great condition - fairways , bunkers, greens especially - partly because it's expensive to play, perhaps people took a bit more care, not always the case with holiday courses.
If not staying at Iberostar the green fees were $200 ($135 twilight) plus hire of clubs etc
Not cheap for a Brit, but as I'd taken my own clubs it was contained somewhat and I had no other costs. The complimentary buggy was seen frequently - this made things a little better.
Overall, I was glad I played the course - would definitely enjoy another go at it next time
Take spare balls though - if you miss the fairway by much you are in the 'woods' !
