Six Seezstors annual All Inclusive. 1st time to this resort. We loved it.
#1. Entertainment team. Especially Pablo Picasso - fun, sincere, respectful, highly regarded by guests, hard working, really appears to love his job and takes the guest experience to heart. 2nd place The Rock. Really great entertainer with excellent skills and charisma
#2. Food. Fantastic. No reservations for A la carte, great buffets, many seatings by seaside, coffee shop 24 hrs!,fruit boat by the sea, beach grill....
Oops #1 as well. House wine and champagne. Excellente!,,, we have been at places that you cannot even drink the house wines, we loved all the house offering.
#3. Property. Very well laid out. No long distances to walk. Our room was premium Garden. Close to pool, ocean and food!
#4. Service staff. Really nice. They made you feel that they liked you and wanted to be there and enjoyed their job. That is important to us.
#5. Room was clean and well laid out.
#6. Loved the town of Bayahibe, local people, lots of activity, seemed safe to stroll through

Food, accommodations, service were more than I expected for the price. High value for your dollar. They made everything easy and fun. Dining room, beach and bar staff all friendly and service oriented. Pablo "Picasso" who did stretch, aerobics, water exercise and dancing was wonderful.

This all inclusive resort is an absolute “10” for a family vacation. We recommend the “Preferred Butler” service. Yoel, Danni, and Edwardo took excellent care of our family all week. Bottles of champagne were waiting for us on the beach chairs they reserved for us every day. They also reserved our restaurants all week, and visited with us each day to make sure we were happy. Amazing vacation with no worries!

We love this resort. We have been going to this resort for 20 years now. Since it was called Casa Del Mar, then Sunescape, then dreams now Hilton. We love the location and especially the beach. We were concerned that the Hilton takeover would change things too much. We were beyond happy to find many of the old familiar faces; the staff makes the place a home away from home. Chocolate, Eddie Murphy and Mr Juan Daniel make the entertainment super fun; they are always friendly and professional, we loved the new addition they have with the Dominican Beyonce (Miguelina) she is the Zumba instructor, paint instructor and excellent singer. Thanks to Santa Encarnación from the French restaurant that is truly a gem. Carlos and Danny at the buffet made our mornings happy every day. Rene the rock at the gym is just great, he taught step aerobics at the beach one day and he was excellent. We have brought so many of our friends and family to this resort through the years and we hope it continues to be great. We wish the Dominican buffet that now was on Wednesday was done on Saturday or Sunday and they make it as grand as it used to be, we loved the Dominican show and the acrobatic show as well. Big props to the kids club staff; especially Isabelle who was truly amazing.

The restaurants, bars,entertainment and service were excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entertainment staff, especially Eddie Murphy, made our stay FUN! Food and drinks everywhere, The beach area and pools were immaculate. Plenty of places to sit or lay. This was a family trip for us with several teenagers. There were lots of activities for them to participate in. They especially liked the kayaking and water boarding. The only issue we had was not being able to eat as a family in a few of the restaurants due to them being for “adults only”: We paid adult prices for their stay at the resort, yet they were not considered to be adults to eat at the restaurants. They ranged in ages 14 through 17. If you pay adult prices for them to stay at the resort, they should be allowed to eat at all restaurants. We were a little disappointed that half of the resort was being remodeled, so a few of the pools were not available. This information should have been told when the reservation was made. The “adult only” restaurant issue and the remodel issue is the reason we give it a 4 star rating. If not for these issues it we would have given a 5 star rating.
