We had a free scuba diving lesson on 19th July in the Main Pool at Dreams la Romana. This was a great experience and we would have definitely booked to go to Catalina but this was our last day at the resort. The staff were informative and passionate. You have convinced us to scuba dive in the ocean which is something we never thought we would do. We also visited Saona with ScubaCaribe, this was also good fun. We loved the natural pool and the speed boat. The lunch was fantastic on Saona and the view is spectacular. The staff on the trip were polite, knowledgeable and good fun to be around. Thank you.

The lady who helped me in La Romana said the best snorkel trip would be to Catalina so I needed to wait an go on Monday. I did and she was correct. the captain and crew we great both in the boat and in the water. The sea was clear and lots of various types of fish to see. a surprise was the tiny jelly fish that were everywhere. I hope they show up on my gopro. the trip both ways and the lunch were great the small let down was the snorkel at the lunch not much to see or maybe it was the day. Great trip spend the money go to Catalina.

We have enjoyed Scuba Caribe at multiple destinations and trust this company and its staff... most recently at Dreams La Romana. The newly added "big mable" was so fun that we same back for it 3 times!

Booked trip on beach at dreams la romana hotel had been sanoa island and was disappointment as snorkeled straight of beach. on some small bits of coral.
Then booked day trip to Catalina island for $75 including food and drink.
arrived a mixed group of about 20 Diane was our snorkeling hostess Patrick the skipper.
from start to finish what a fantastic day.
left at 0920 then went to the wall of Catalina loads of different coral fish of every type color.
And we looked down depth about 16ft you come to wall where it drops away to about 150 ft. as we swam over saw bubbles and saw divers below us wow mind blowing.
aprrox 45 mins snorkling then off to island what a beach stunning meal there then free time to chill and snorkel off beach.
then 14.30 we left went over to coast of la romana past house of rich and famous then down the chavos river breath taking .
on way back up river stopped at weaver birds nests then back to hotel. cannot thank the company and crew for what was an amazing day out. if you want a trip use thes guys totally professional and fun.

3rd time and 10 dives this year. Many fun. Not every announced trip goes to the named dive spot, but that is not really a problem. Equipment was ok and in good conditions.
