Travelled here last July with my partner and our 3 Sons, age range from 13 up to 19. Arrived on afternoon flight, greeting at hotel was friendly and bags brought to room in 5 minutes as promised.
We had 2 rooms with interconnecting doors. They were clean and big but could've done with slight repairs and update, ie. song The sliding partition door was tilting, don't know if this was because we were at far end from reception. But still comfortable, Balcony large. Can't fault cleaning, spot on.
Tread mixed reviews about food and drink, it was nice. Plenty of food for all 3 meals, plenty of snacks. Beer was just milder than Efes, no signs if watering down. Spirit measures were generous and Wine was lovely. Entertainment for littleuns in ampitheatre, fun for all round huge pool, other pools included Jacuzzis, slides and secluded quiet pools. Beach a bit bare but Sarigerme beach supposed to be better, more to do. Chill out bar lovely, especially for Adults. Indoor pool not supervised, some children ran riot throwing sunbed cushions etc in. Had a full body massage, lovely. Word of warning, they sit you down after Turkish Bath and try selling you other treatments, can be a little pushy, just say no if you're not interested. Reps helpful, Receptionists friendly. Hand Gel dispensers since incident with hygiene years ago, no sign 'Tummy' troubles when we went.

Went in 2 trips, one to Dalyan, one Jeep Safari, one with Basket Travel in driver's ( good friendly company ) and with First Choice. Been to Turkey loads of times so know Travel Companies can be expensive. Both trips good but Basket Jeep Safari was Fun, a long day and all of us had a good day !

Would recommend this place for Families, especially with Younger Children although our 3 had a wicked time. Might go back one year !

Room Tip: If you've booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be together enquire about interconnecting door. H...

We booked this as a week's holiday last year and enjoyed it. The room was good without being special and the food's the same. It is plentiful but can become a little samey. The highlight was probably the pancake stall, where a lady turns sheets of filo and melted butter into yummy pancakes. There is invariably a queue despite the fact that she is there all day, because people keep going back for more!
I wouldn't rate the kids' entertainment although to be fair my two only went a couple of times - their choice; we hadn't intended them to use those facilities at all, but it all looked a bit unprofessional, a handful of teenagers making it up as they went along. We did enjoy the week though.

Me and my boyfriend went to the Holiday Village in September as a really cheap getaway.
We're early twenties and saw the price and water slides.. thought it would be epic.

We had a really good time together, but that's due to us making our own fun and going on excursions (NOT through First Choice!! Go into Sariigerme for great deals!).

The food was okay, we're not fussy so we didn't complain about it. Although my boyfriend said that when he went to the toilet he saw one of the chefs not wash his hands... we then saw him serving people in the buffet. GROSS.

The room was a good size and had everything we would need. The maid was rude though... I think she got annoyed with us (don't know why, it's her job to clean). When we got back to our room she had obviously pushed all of our things off the desk.

You have to get pancakes off pancake lady!!! They're the best thing you will ever taste.

Beach was dissapointing - very gritty and not nice looking. Hurts to walk on and just not worth the bother. If you want a nice beach, we recommend going to Sarigerme beach - you can get a free tractor there from the town.

If it's on offer (we went first week of september, all inclusive, 1 week for around £350pp) go for it! But I definitely wouldnt pay £700 odd like it is for this summer. We would probably best describe it as 'Butlins in the sun' - if you're overweight, have tattoos or are a teen mum you'll fit right in.

Got a really good value late deal here with First Choice and couldn't fault it. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into a little village called Sarigerme, it's a nice walk and breaks up being in the hotel all the time. The food here is the best I've ever experienced and I'm a fussy eater!! I don't normally get up for breakfast but here I just had to there was such good choice, There are 2 food stations in the restaurant, one at the entrance who does fresh omelettes, fried eggs, and then a whole load of other options including a whole area for pastries, breads etc. As you walk through to the next section of the restaurant there's another hot food station - this restaurant is huge!! At lunchtime and evenings there are hot choices, on each station, one just for kids with pizzas, chips and other kiddy food. There's a separate salad bar which is gorgeous and has so much choice. There are also about 10 different hot food tubs with meats, veg, rice etc. There is also a pasta station every day, chips every day and different potatoes and even a spice rack!! You help yourself to wine and water here too!! There are always bottles of wine in the fridges and you just go for it!! Water is available at fridges all around the site in big fridges in small or large bottles and is such a welcome in the heat! The bars are great, there's entertainment outside in the ampitheatre from 830 til late and the entertainment team make it funny and worth a watch! There's an adult bar next to the main pool so you have comedy nights and quizzes without kids. The pool is massive and there are more scattered around the site, including one with slides. There is a snack bar all day if you want snacky food and this is great also, my boyfriend ate here as he prefers junk food!! There's also salad bar at the snack bar and there's another snack bar by the beach which does toasties, jacket potatoes and other bits. There's also a pancake lady making pancakes in her hut all day too!! There's also food at midnight here too, great for snacking after the free bar!! Honestly this place is amazing for food and drinks and entertainment, facilities are amazing too. Just priced it up for Spring Bank though and it's twice as much as we paid so unfortunately we can't go again til they reduce their prices but for all those thinking of going... book it you wont be disappointed!! The rooms are so big and clean also, it honestly is faultless.

The Holiday itself was fab!!!!
But the only trouble was we got soooo bored of the same food all the time. What you had for dinner would be your luch the next day. Breakfast you can have eggs which ever way you like so got very bored of eggs.
The Hotel itself was lovely the Pool is brilliant!!! Loads to do for the kids the reps are always doing things with the kids and kids club was great.
Hotel staff were quite rude but always a first choice rep to help.
We had a suite room ut the kids had to sleep on a broken sofa bed with wood and poles sticking out!!! So DO NOT pay extra for the suite with kids book a den with the bunk beds wish I did!
Location is not very good small town and thats about it.
For you excursions book with Basket Travel in town!! They are Cheap and the staff are great!!!!

We have visited the holiday village in Turkey twice. Once in October 2009 and again in October 2011. There were 3 adults and 3 kids aged 8months, 2years and 10. We all had a ball. Great food, amazing weather. Lovely resort, very clean. Staff were very helpful. Brilliant kids club. The evening entertainment was fab the first time we visited, not so good the second time but there's an arcade/bowling alley in the complex and kids club is on in the evening although first come first served for a place. Always activities during the day too! On our first visit our 2 year old fell and burst her lip, the doctor and interpreter were fab - they had to stitch it but were really brilliant with her! The rooms were big and very clean, overall a brilliant holiday and would go back would recommend doing some of the trips! Especially the market as some fab bargains!

Room Tip: We were on the ground floor and never had any problems with noise etc

A little bit of a late review. We went in June last year. We are a family of 2 boys 9 and 11, and also took my mum and dad. First of, the rooms were great. We had family room. Our bed was huge and the boys had bunk beds with bean bags and a play station in their room, which was great for when we were getting ready. The hotel is very big and has great pools. We pitched up around the Jacuzzi pool every day as it was a little quieter. Getting a lounger is a nightmare. I didn't really believe the reviews re getting up at 7am, but its true to guarantee an lounger you have to be down stairs by 7am. We found the food really good. The salads and meat were fantastic. We ate in the main restaurant during the day and night. But its worth checking to see what they have on offer at the pool bar first during the day. We didn't see any of the entertainment as we went during Euro 2012 and that was the main entertainment. We done a couple of quizes too which were fun. There are 3 main bars, so you can certainly find a seat somewhere. The kids joined in some of the childrens entertainment during the day wacky races, football and cricket. All the kids entertainment staff were fab and knew the kids names after a day or two. Most evenings my 2 went of with their friends to the chill out bar or kids evening club. It was great for their independence, as they came and went as they pleased and helped themselves to food and drink.
The location of the hotel is not good. Saringerme is a tiny town, which you can walk round in an hour and thats only if you like shops selling fake goods. We done a few trips, one to Fethiye which was really nice to stroll around the harbor. We also done a trip to a big market, again great if you like fake goods. We got a few bits for the boys, so they were happy. We also done a jeep safari. It started of as good fun, but i had to get really angry at the driver as he was driving like a nut case, and it wasn't fun anymore. 2 days later we found out that the driver crashed with 2 guests at our hotel in his jeep. Both were seriously injured. Beware when doing these trips as i only found out after (due to the 2 guests) that your not insured, nor were the jeep company.
A quick tip, either take snacks from the UK to have at the airport on the way home, or order a lunch from the hotel. The airport is so expensive. Especially if your delayed.
I'm happy to answer any questions.
