Upon arrival at the hotel, the service is very professional. The hotel is large, the rooms are very clean, has a lobby bar, snack bar and 1 main restaurant. The staff is very polite and responsive. We thank the managers of the restaurant Maria and Rumen for the delicious and varied food.

Hi all.
Before we book at this resort, we've read many reviews. Good ones and not so good ones. We decided to ignore the very bad ones. We learn that are different kinds of perceptions at the people.
Once with this review, we've try to show mostly the good things that Festa Pomorie Resort have. Because there are not so bad things here that we talking about or that others to "be aware of".
PRO: Good services, nice staff and great location of the hotel. Right on the beach. Generous food, various and good taste. Drinks are ok, but we are not regular drinkers. Great view (sea view) from the apartment. Free parking in front of the hotel and/or around (if you are lucky to find a lot) but I understand that has a pay garage if you want. Not so pro but not so bad either : A decent English language only at the Reception.
As a conclusion , there was a very good and pleasant holiday in a great and clean location with no unpleasant events from the Festa Pomorie Resort side.
We do recommend to other people.

Just returned after 7 days stay. Transfers were excellent and check quick but there was only 5 of us. We were given no information about the hotel restaurant times etc. Room was very large and clean with a lovely see view. Pool was excellent but if you want a sunbed you need to be up at 6am . Food was average but the main problem was getting a drink, restaurant bar closes at 9pm which leaves only the one bar inside with very few places to sit either in the bar or outside. One night people were queuing out the door with only one bar person. We personally felt like we were problem for them and were not welcome. Most nights we ended up on balcony with a bottle of wine from the shop across the road. Sunbeds on the beach are payable which can end up costly. Will not be returning

Have just returned from Festa Pomorie Resort having booked for 2 weeks. Very disappointed as it is more like a 2 star rating. British visitors are not made welcome as many staff do not speak English. Lots of Russian and Bulgarian visitors who allow their children to run wild about the hotel. Sun beds around pool area reserved with towels from early morning so have to resort to paying for a sunbed on the beach. Although room was a good size shower was usually cold and air conditioning was off for most of our stay. Restaurant was very busy and not managed well as lots of customers handled the food and placed it back for others!! Food hygiene was non existent. Location of hotel was poor as nowhere to walk to and nothing to do and not enough seating areas in the hotel to sit of an evening. We were very disappointed with Bulgaria on the whole as a lot of the people were unfriendly and unhelpful. Limited places to visit. We would not recommend this hotel and would say there are far nicer countries to visit. These are the photos of the hotel from the front which are not shown on their website.

As we have guest from many different nationalities, our staff members speak different languages so that every one of our guests can communicate easily with the team. In the restaurant we do our absolute best to provide fresh food and strictly follow the HACCP standards along with high hygiene standards in accordance to the National legislation as well as the International food and hygiene legislative standards. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the town and is very close to various restaurants, shops, bus stops etc.

The hotel was nice, clean and exactly what we wanted for a cheap and cheerful week away in the sun. Myself and my friend Hannah visited in August. Fab so some well deserved sun and relaxation. The entertainment was brilliant through the day by the pool and the shows on an evening were brilliant. The guys on the team were all lovely and worked really hard. Great location not far from the bus station to explore Bulgaria.
All inclusive was exactly what you'd expect, varied food pretty basic but nice and drinks were all local brands but all nice and plenty of options.
Fab for a chilled out week, once again thanks to the entertainment team for making our stay so memorable.
