We chose to eat here after reading previous reviews and there are very many restaurants to select from in Corfu town. They only had one table for two free, perched under a higher one so it felt a little cramped. We ordered a small carafe of Rosé wine which was delivered to our table in a small bottle. I queried the contents as the wine was dark red coloured but the waitress insisted this was not red wine but Rosé. When tasted it had a tannin aftertaste and was similar to Valpollicella. My main course was delicious, linguine with prawns in saffron sauce however my husband’s pizza was a sloppy mess on the plate. After waiting about 30 minutes for our plates to be cleared we expected to be offered the dessert menu but after 20 mins we gave up and paid the bill. It could have been a good experience with better service but ended up being an expensive low quality meal.
