This museum is small, but it's crammed with interesting ship models and artifacts. After we paid our 4 euros, we were instructed to proceed clockwise through the museum in order to see the exhibits in historical order. Everything was carefully labeled with helpful historical notes in Greek and English. We spent about an hour there and had a terrific time.

An exhibition of the old navy tradition of Mykonos, make you wonder everything. In the yard of the museum you can also see the top of the old lighthouse of the island and read its story

This museum was included as part of a mykonos walking tour we did as a shore excursion from our mediterranean cruise. I didn't expect much when we entered. It is very small and as other reviewers have said, is only two rooms. However I was glad we stopped. The ship models were very detailed and provided a great history of boats used over time by explorers and merchants in the region. The courtyard in the back is very attractive and a nice little escape from walking the charming narrow streets of mykonos town.

This little museum is in 2 rooms and consists of model boats, coins, nautical artifacts, old prints, maps - all sorts really. The garden is delightful with a lighthouse(!) old ships wheel and odd things scattered about. Nice place to spend an hour
