I was absolutely blown away by our view at this hotel. The best part is that the terrace is about the same size as the room so you have room to sun bathe, have a glass of wine, read a book, enjoy the view, whatever you want to do! Most of the time we were in our room we were on the terrace, the view is just great.
The actual room is nice too. Comes with safe, mini fridge, and the bathroom is pretty impressive. We liked that the breakfast was included every morning and it was far more extensive and had way more options than any continental breakfast we paid for at any other hotel. We really liked our stay at this hotel

Pelican Hotel in Mykonos was our favourite of our 10 day holiday in Greece. The rooms were of a good size, very well presented and clean. The Bathroom was well thought out, and we actually had a real double bed! (not just the two single beds pushed together as more common across Europe).

The staff couldn't have been more helpful - from carrying our bags to/from the bus, to offering us a complimentary drink on our arrival as we waited to check in. Breakfast was more than adequate, with freshly baked croissants, and freshly brewed coffee. Mykonos is a very windy island, so just be warned you may be leave a bit of a mess if sitting outside with your food...

The only downsides of the hotel was the lack of pool. We went over to the hotel Alysium hotel, had an (extremely over-priced) drink, and used theirs. It is a gay hotel, but "straight-friendly", just be warned that there is likely to be nude sunbathing, so maybe not the most suitable if you have kids. All of the terraces of the hotels were shared, in big communal areas (space for a pool??), but we didn't find it a problem. The hotel is also up quite a steep hill. I can't see this being a problem for anyone reasonably fit, but wouldn't be suitable for a wheelchair.

The hotel is definitely worth the slight slog up the hill, and it provides a great view of the whole of Mykonos. We would definitely stay at the Pelican Hotel if we ever returned.

Fabulous view of Mykonos Town and ocean if you get an upper room. Extremely nice/helpful staff. Full breakfast - hostess even prepared coffee one hour early each morning after noticing that we were up earlier than the regular 8AM breakfast. Large balcony with table and seating for admiring the view. The hill up to the hotel is extremely steep so if you are not in good shape, avoid this hotel but also avoid Mykonos. One must walk thru town to get around and that mean hills and steps galore. The hotel is in a wonderful location - close to auto/bike rental, the bus station and Mykonos town/little Venice, etc. where all the restaurants and shops are. I highly recommend as an affordable hotel in a town where you must have cash, cash and more cash to survive.

I had a terrible experience with the Pelican Hotel and their lack of customer service. Mykonos is a beautiful island. The Pelican Hotel is clean and the rooms were not an issue. The hill climb that many visitors quote in their reviews is correct - it is a pretty torturous daily trek, but one that I would deal with for a reasonably priced hotel. After making a reservation online for a contracted amount, the Pelican charged me a larger sum than what was originally agreed upon and shown on a printed receipt. The front desk personnel and supervisor were incredibly rude and abrasive to deal with. I ended losing money on the hotel and being overcharged, as they would not accept my printed receipt/reservation and would not listen to a word of reason. Unfortunately, the hotel already had my credit card information and charged me the amount they wanted. This experience muddied my entire experience in Mykonos. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying there in the future. My recommedation is to look for another hotel - there are many similar ones that are close to town on the island that will have the same view and location, and are reasonable, HONEST, and have MUCH better customer service.

The hotel was really modern, from the colorful lobby to the room and bathroom. Aside from breakfast, we never saw more than 3 people in the lobby during our stay, lending a relaxing feeling from the hustle and bustle from Mykonos Town.
We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mykonos!
