We stayed at Villa Konstantin at the beginning of the off season in Sept. It was small and homey, private, personable, a bit remote, but a short walk to Mykonos Town. Even on off season, cabs were so few that you would have waited 1+ hr for a cab. We hopped on the green bus and to our pleasant surprise, it took less than 5 min to the hotel -we were the first stop. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, but we were the only ones staying at the time so everything was available. Owner was nice and greeted us upon arrival and offered water, which was a nice touch. The views from the hotel and its pool were gorgeous. The room was spacious and had a fridge. TV had few if any working channels but I guess you don't go to Mykonos to watch tv. Breakfast was adequate for Greece, poor if you expect American style breakfast. No real bar service, but owner made us drinks. Pool was nice, patio nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Rent a car if you go and see all the beaches you can- as this is what made Mykonos incredible for us. Be careful walking home from Mykonos town after dark because most of the way is very dark and unlit. Lots of cats around- the owner owns a shelter/animal rescue as well. Cats were cute and even though I don't love cats, they ended up in our room somehow every night. When leaving, the owner drove us to the port- which was nice, but given that some hotels provide free transportation from the port, it was appropriate. Overall, we had an amazing time in Mykonos and we don't have any basis for comparison so I would say the hotel was adequate/average and good if you like small quiet and personable.

I have just returned from another fantastic holiday at the Villa Konstantin--or as it really is; my home away from home!! I have been coming to the Villa for 20 years and cannot give it a high enough recommendation. Sharon and her fabulous husband Dimitri are the consummate hosts and can never do enough for their guests. Indeed, their kind and thoughtful ways are in evidence every day. I will be upstairs in their stunning breakfast room/bar area, and their guests are constantly seeking advice and assistance with the island and Sharon and Dimitri relish helping each and every one to the fullest extent. I look forward to seeing them both every year!

Room Tip: I like the upstairs rooms for the views!

I travel all the time, with family and on business but I always go back to VK.
Perfectly located to town yet on the road that leads to everywhere. Air conditioned rooms beautifully presented, first class buffet breakfast, bar and a gorgeous swimming pool making this such good value for money on the luxury island of Mykonos. The lovely bubbly owner Sharon (English) is so helpful and always on hand whether it's booking your hire car or horse riding. Equally her husband Dimitri is a wonderful considerate man who can never do enough for you - even collecting you in the small hours from the main square in town when the taxi queue in mid summer seems too daunting. It is so refreshing to find people like this in this current economic climate. I thoroughly recommend Villa Konstantin for couples, families and business people alike.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great and there is no noise problem anywhere, but Room 26 is brilliant for 4/5 fri...

Once again our time at Villa Konstantin was enriched by the excellent attention we received from our hosts Dimitri and Sharon. Dimitri, in particular, went way out of his way to fulfill all our requests and those of the other guests to ensure that everyone had the best possible time there. Thank you again guys.

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Konstantin. Nice and close to the town with a bit of a walk up a hill to get back however worth it for the views. Sharon was lovely and helpful and even let us keep our room as we were only flying out that night and this allowed us to spend the day on the beach and change later. Lovely clean pool as well and a nice breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Mykonos and would stay here again. Karyn

My boyfriend Jamie and I stayed at Villa Konstantin for four nights in July, and will treasure our time there always. The villas are spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, the pool area has views to kill for, the breakfasts were delicious, the whole place was alive with vivid fuschia pink flowers, and the overall experience of staying there was just very memorable. It's really reasonably priced, too.

My favourite part of the day was a drink at sunset on our balcony at the Villa, followed by a wonderfully scenic ten minute walk down the pathway to Mykonos town for dinner. The villa is really well situated... close enough to stroll into town, but just far enough too to feel tranquil and secluded.

Best of all was how friendly our host Sharon was, and also Daniel who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. They were both such warm people, who gave you space to do your thing and treat the villa like a home, but who were also amazingly helpful with any questions we had about what to do and where to go in Mykonos.

Highly recommend Villa Konstantin, and can't wait to return.

If you are looking for breathtaking views, paradise like surroundings and excellent hospitality then villa Konstantine is the place to stay. Right from the beginning at pick up point to drop off we were all in awe of the wonderful treatment we received. Sharon our host and the owner is one of a kind possessing the warmest and most caring personality in all of Greece. The room was exceptionally clean, wi if was working around the clock, breakfast was fantastic, rooms checked and cleaned daily which is rare in most hotels. Daniel was amazing too. He was a wonderful tour guide and very pleasant to talk to. We are definitely coming again and will be bragging to our friends. We recommend villa Konstantine for families.

Room Tip: We stayed towards the end of the season and called Sharon before hand to ask for a room. Rates are m...
