We stayed at Andronikos from the week commencing 18th May and had an amazing and relaxing stay. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for great customer service, location, facilities and with a very boutique feel but without the pretentiousness that comes most boutique hotels. We received a fantastic welcome by extremely friendly staff who not only looked the part but who obviously all loved their job and genuinely seemed happy to help. We were made to feel like a part of the family and were addressed by our first names by every name of staff throughout the whole of our stay, which was a lovely touch. Having worked within hospitality and customer service for over 16 years I am not easy to impress, however I could not find any fault with Andronikos. On our arrival we were greeted by Georgina on reception and the concierge staff who were refreshingly happy and seemed genuinely pleased to see us and were keen to get to know us. The pool, restaurant and bar staff took the very first opportunity to approach us, introduce themselves and to advise us that they were there for us should we require anything at all and throughout our whole stay nothing was too much trouble and they seemed genuinely keen to ensure we had an amazing time. We booked a cocoon room and it had everything we needed along with a very modern but cosy decor with just the right amount of space required. The atmosphere around the pool was great with pool side bar service and a lovely restaurant area with a fantastic lunch and dinner menu. Lukas who ran the bar at night always managed to ensure a great atmosphere at the bar in the evenings, so much so, you could happily just stay there all night if it wasn't for the fact there was so much to see in Mykonos. Orieta and Andreas and all the bar staff were very attentive and we actually felt that throughout the week the staff became more like our friends, which is a rare occurrence at most hotels. Maaike was phenomenal at assisting us with everything from hair and beauty appointments, to advice of which beaches to visit, which day trips to take and more. She was a mine of information and always had a big smile on her face to greet us. Our room was also cleaned to perfection and our cleaner always liaised with us about a convenient time to access our room on those days where we decided to sleep in or late leaving our room. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and although we have a motto where we rarely ever go back to the same location twice we have both already agreed we would definitely return and felt very sad to be leaving at the end of the week. We met some other lovely guests who all seemed to be returning to Andronikos year after year as they felt nowhere else could match the standards of this lovely hotel. Go, you won't be disappointed!!! :)

Room Tip: Cocoon rooms were lovely and perfect for us as we like a little luxury feel, however the other pool...

This was our 6th stay at the Andronikos Hotel, and the service, standards and professionalism are second to none and we had an amazing time yet again.

On arrival the greeting at Reception was extremely warm & friendly, and it was also my birthday and I was treated very well and made to feel very special. Our bedroom was clean, smart and spacious - we always book a 'Superior Room with sea view' as these are the best rooms at the hotel in my opinion, and are set back behind the pool and poolside bar so you are not affected by any noise if you want some peace and quiet. The poolside area is 'fabulous' at the Andronikos and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel as we love to lie out for the day by the pool - the loungers are comfortable and towels are always provided, the pool is large and inviting, the setting is stylish and classic with background music playing during the day, and the poolbar service team are efficient and friendly and will fetch food and drink orders for you when required. The lunch menu is good and varied and we ate lunch by the pool 5 times during our stay - I would definitely recommend the calamari, the octopus and the moussaka spring rolls!!

Throughout our stay we were made to feel very welcome by everyone from Reception, dining/bar and pool service, spa, housekeeping and Management, and as though nothing is ever too much trouble. The service teams are exceptional and we can't wait to return again as soon as possible!

Thank you to Marcos and Elena for a wonderful time and for giving us the 'Andronikos Experience' that we love and remember year after year. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos town, especially if you like a good poolside area and an attentive service team presented in a fabulous arena.

Room Tip: Superior Rooms with Sea View are the best - they are just set back behind the poolbar before Recepti...

Stayed in the hotel to celebrate a friends birthday. Staff was wonderful, always greeting you by name and going out of their way to make my stay flawless. Location is proximate to Mykonos so able to walk into town easily. Had great dinner at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in, everyone at the hotel introduced themselves and made us feel at home. They were warm, happy, yet very professional and very fast with our requests.
Their breakfast is great. The bar is inviting and open until late... we found ourselves returning to the hotel after midnight and spending a couple extra hours at the pool bar talking to staff and other guests.
The Mykonos town is about 10 minutes walking distance.

What makes this hotel so special is definitely the staff. From the moment you arrive, they all introduce themselves and make a point of remembering our name, making you feel like they really care.

We stayed towards the end of May before the season really starts and so it was very quiet around the pool during the day as the hotel wasn't full and there was always plenty of choice as to where to lay your towel.

A leisurely walk into town is about 15 mins, a very steep incline down the hotel's drive to the main road and then quite a steep hill down into town - so flat shoes are really the best option.....

Our room was a standard one (313), more than adequate and anyway, how much time do you spend in your hotel room with such beautiful weather and a pool right downstairs?! Although the balcony for this room isn't as private as others, it didn't bother us at all and we still sat out in the evening.

The hotel will pick you up from the airport for 5 euros each - just email your flight details and they'll be there. They'll also take you back to the airport for the same price.

Andronikos is more than a hotel. Apart from how beautiful, comfortable and well-run the hotel is, it's the staff that makes this place come alive and makes you feel like you've fallen into the embrace of the friendliest and most accommodating Greek family you could find! Maaike, Georgina, Minas, Lucas... if you're reading this, a massive and heartfelt thank you for an amazing time at Andronikos!!
