Everything about the Mykonos Bay Hotel is fantastic. Firstly the staff go above and beyond. Maria and Christoula are very helpful. Christoula shares her local knowledge and really provides a personal touch where required. She has a wonderful way about her and remembers you so you don't feel just like another "guest". Maria smiles and provides such warmth about what she does.

The hotel is on the beach with a pool that looks out onto it. The grounds are immaculate and cleaned routinely every morning. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the main town. Our room had a courtyard view and was cleaned twice daily (fresh towels etc). We even had our sheets turned down before going to bed. Our only fault would be the shower. It is quite narrow, small and awkward as it sits over the top of a very small bath.

Breakfast caters for everyone. There are so many options and the keen staff often circle the room with delectable delights for you to try. The staff here are also wonderful. Overall a really fantastic part of our holiday!

Room Tip: We had a courtyard room and was more than fine (room 16).

We had a great time staying at Mykonos Bay Hotel. The whole stay was amazing from the pick up/drop off to the ferry to the beautiful surrounds! The hotel is stunning, the pool & pool bar is amazing! The staff were so helpful & friendly!! It's only a 10 min walk to Mykonos town where there are so many beautiful lane ways to get lost in & things to see! This is a perfect base for a stay in Mykonos! They even went to the effort of helping me surprise my friend with a cake & sang happy birthday to her at breakfast.
Only small downside is the rooms are bright in the mornings.

Room Tip: Be prepared for a bright room early!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a really perfect swimming pool area / bar and it's very spacious as well. Breakfast with many options and traditional greek food is also included.

The wifi is fast and works in all areas.

I would definitely return again If I can.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were treated as if we were the most cherished and special of guests. Panos, Chrisuela and Maria, along with Phillipus at the bar and pool were beyond amazing in taking care of our every need. The rooms were beautiful and taken care of with service twice a day. The view cannot be bested. And unlike most hotels in Mykonos Town, they have beach access with great swimming and snorkeling. Also next door is Nico's Tavern--delicious food!! A five minute walk into the center of town, and you can enjoy the happening night life. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed here for 7 nights in a beach front unit.
Immaculate and clean - serviced daily with clean towels and replacing tea coffee supplies and clean glasses and cups.
Include the breakfast which was served in the restaurant - buffet help yourself - cooked american breakfast, cereals, breads, fruit, greek pasteries and more well worth the value.
The staff from the rooms to reception to the pool areas were always kind polite and helpful and very friendly.
The whole place in the rooms to the outdoor areas was kept cleaned and immaculate.
We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Mykonos was the second part of our honeymoon. The hotel's initial greeting was very welcoming. The hotel in general is well cared for and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

- Our room had a huge balcony facing the beach/sea with a fantastic view.
- The bed was a queen size bed (one mattress, not the kind where two single matresses are put together) and we were happy with the level of comfort
- Big closet, but like another guest mentioned on tripadvisor, there is nowhere to hang a maxi dress
- Mini bar/fridge and a water kettle provided in the room
- The shower area is really tiny. Really really small.
- The windows are old and management should look into replacing them. There was too much wind during our stay in Mykonos and because of the banging of the windows from the wind we had to keep the exterior shutters closed the entire time we stayed there and lost our seaview! It was like we stayed in a box because of these windows.
- The breakfast is on another level all together. I give it 5 stars. It was delicious and plentiful and would go as far to say that Mykonos Bay Hotel plans a breakfast feast for their guests every morning.
- The pool and beach area is well managed. The bar prices are on the higher side which seems to be the norm for Mykonos/Chora town.
- The hotel provides two room towel changes per day which is a very nice plus. Expect to see a towel change and a bed turn down in the early evening.
- In general the hotel is quiet, during the day and at night.
- This is more of a couples hotel, not really a family hotel.

Recommendations :

- The food in Mykonos town is garbage and over priced- Rent a scooter or quad and drive to towns/villages outside Mykonos town center. When you pass a restaurant and see more locals then most probably it will have good food and better priced. We found a very nice restaurant by accident called Oregano (in Evanggelistraki) about 10 mins with a Quad.

- There is a small but nice tavern on the beach next to the hotel called Niko and Joanna. We also ate here and recommend it. The prices are decent. It is usually fully booked so make sure to get a reservation and a table closest to the beach.

- If you must eat in the town center then we recommend Paraportiani (its near Paraportiani church) They have better food and prices than anyone in the town center. We met the infamous Petros the Pelican here and he was very friendly.

- There is a kiosk just down the road from the hotel that sells all the basics. You can even rent a quad bike from them.

- The hotel's beach is very nice. If you would also like to sample all the wonderful beaches around Mykonos then we highly recommend Kato Livadi which is less noisy and less busy than Paradise Beach.

- If you would like to make island day trips, the hotel's reception is very good to help you find the best times and prices. You can book this through the hotel.

Overall its a very nice and friendly hotel. The decor is super. We highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Ask for the sea view room with the large balcony and sunbeds.
