Was here 8-13feb , hotel old but clean , got a room on floor looking onto tall railings , no view , bedroom window looks onto hall , food ok but nearly always cold , bit of a climb from seafront as hotel on hill , staff very nice and helpful , never seen the entertainment as usually out or in room , hallways noisy and always doors banging , u have to pay to watch tv !!! No aircon in rooms but cool anyway as sun could not get near room , ps watch out for people giving u blue envelopes as it's a scam to get £2000 then £3000 out of you for timeshare , there office below La Niña hotel and around corner in a small building with yellow roof , keep away at all costs , we were luck and got out money back cos we were still there

We booked to stay at this place for 8 nights via Mercury Direct . However , It was so sub standard and dreadful we lasted only 18 hours there before moving out and paying to stay in alternative accomodation elsewhere and pay for all meals and drinks out .
The hotel is dark and dingy , we couldn't open the curtains in the bedroom at all as it looked out onto an internal corridor where everyone walked past on the way to their rooms and could look in . The beds were shabby and bedding was marked , and were so uncomfortable we would have been better off sleeping on the floor. the apartment was a joke with only one glass and cup in the cupborad , no kettle , no bath towels

despite paying more for an apartment the room on the 3rd floor our room 310 was dire and looked out on what appeared to be a pile of rubbish and cement hoppers . a small shady balcony with very tired furniture . NOT AT ALL LIKE the pictures on MERCURY DIRECT website showing a bright sunny bedroom looking out on to a balcony . Despite requests to move rooms they said there was nothing they could do . The Mercury Direct rep Judit was rude and unhelpful to both the reception staff and to us and refused to even take the call from us on the first night . It was clear from talking to the reception staff that there was a list of people wanting to mobve reooms to a higher floor ( which we had originally requested ).

when we asked for a safe key they gave us one that didn't fit the safe and when we took it back they said we would have to wait for someone else to hand back a key when they checked out !

The food was pretty terrible the 1st night, and breakfast was cold and unappetising . It was clear that the hotel couldnt or wouldnt resolve this by moving us to a better room so we checked out and handed back the keys and all inclusive wristbands . I felt sorry for all the people who had booked for a long stay there and may have to endure weeks of this place . My advice is if you want a nice holiday AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this place .

Room Tip: stay somewhere else !

Read the reviews before going and were dubious. On checking in there were a couple of people mortal in the bar area. We booked a studio and ended up with a one bed apartment which was good. The view was nothing to look at other than a fence and wall. That didn't bother us. 1st night the mortal men were removed by security from the bar which was good to see them acting on it. Food was good as was the location. 5 mins to beach and bars and restaurants outside the door. Overall a happy experience of this hotel and location.

Just returned from our 4th visit to this hotel. We were greeted at reception warmly as always and our request for a particular room was granted without any ado.Entertainment hosted by Luca was good he is a most likable man and tries very hard in what is a demanding job. My only concern was that the food was not very hot. But I am sure that this could be rectified by possibly upgrading servery. Food is of good quality with varied dishes but is repetitive which is obviously a good catering Manager making his budget work. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: Pay a little extra for a high floor apartment,

We have just returned from a weeks stay all inclusive at the Villa De Adeje Beach and we're very happy with the room, pool area staff and restaurant. On checking in we were recognised from visiting a day last year and the staff were welcoming. The heating in the pool by the restaurant wasn't working but was sorted when a couple of people complained. The Hotel was clean and staff friendly especially Antonio who works in the restaurant and the evening bar. He is also responsible for overseeing the other bars and always makes you feel welcome. Some days the food was not as hot as it could be,but as it was a buffet too much heating would dry it out. There were microwaves available if you wanted it hotter. All in all we had a great break and would definitely return.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 711 and was a brilliant sea/pool view, large bedroom, equiped kitchen,lounge,bathroo...
