“Not as bad a some have made out!”
Reviewed October 11, 2012

The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned more often than we were advised they would be. We stayed in the 'basement' area and did not find this a problem in terms of the hotel itself - although some younger guests in the room above did make for a few noisy evenings. The reception staff were helpful and attentive, as were waiters. Some of the bar staff could have been a bit more cheerful though!! It was frustrating to be limited to 2 drinks at the bar - especially as the third drink we required was only a soft drink. The food was OK. Breakfast was definitely the best meal. Lunch and dinner were chips with everything and only on a 4 day rota, however there was always something to eat, and it was fresh. The location was great as it was in walking distance to the beach and the more hectic night clubs of Las Americas but far enough away to provide a quiet and relaxing holiday, The in house entertainment was good - the host should definitely sing more often as he has a great voice. Overall a perfect example of you get what you pay for. We would recommend it and would go back again.

just had a week staying at Villa Adeje Beach.Lovely hotel in a good location to shops and bars, and less than a 10 minute stroll to a nice sandy beach.four of us shared a 1 bed apartment, plenty of room, very clean and adequate for us.Cant fault the food, penty of choice. The only fault was no air conditoning in the apartment but can hire fans for a small fee but none available as all rented out.Entertainment every night, but i personally didnt like to see the snake or birds used to entertain but thats just a personal preference.Despite my sall moan i would definatly recommend this hotel as great value fo money.

I have just come back from villa de adeje beach with my mam and dad, first time with all inclusive, and as a person who loved my food that was important!.

Good points-
Food was fab could not fault it, had 3 meals a day and all were tasty aslong as you liked pasta, rice and meat dishes, the meals are on a 4 day rota which meant everyday is not the same for the first few days.
Rooms were basic, get what you paid for and if your like me and my family the room is only used for getting changed and sleeping.
The swimming pool is cleaned every morning, pool area spotless and theres a pool bar there also for drinks and snacks, for set times.

Bad points-
Theres time limits on the snacks which can get annoying, 11-1pm and then 4-6pm just before tea time. I think snacks should be served all day but if you had full meals lunch time you might not need to have snacks,
Some of the staff, recpetionist and the bar staff are friendly but theres one of two which can seem to be arrogant and ignorant. Fair enough they are hard working but a smile wouldnt go far.

Overall i thought this holiday was fab defiantly go all inclusive again, and go to this hotel again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a pool view.

Stayed for 1 week from the 11th of Sept. The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok as it was just somewhere to get washed, changed and sleep. The food was of a high standard with plenty of choice and a great salad bar. The entertainment around the pool was run by Van, a very friendly and entertaining fellow. Water volleyball was a must to play by both sexes as it was funny to see the losing team do the chicken dance, which myself and brother in law performed. Van also ran the quiz and bingo at night which we enjoyed before venturing out to see the nightlife which is very good.
The beach was a short walk where there is plenty of bars and restaurants, the Gran Paella is a must to eat at as the food is very good quality, plenty of it and cheap.
Siam park is a must to visit for the day as it has great water rides and a beach with a very big wave machine, the castle experience at Sam Miguel is a fantastic night to be at with the knights fighting each other and ending with brilliant Flamenco dancers.
Overall the Hotel was good but not great, no air con in the rooms which made it difficult to sleep ( alcohol helped ) entertainment was good and we would go back for another holiday.

We spent a week here on Sept 14th, all inclusive. We paid slightly more than some poeple we spoke to, but thats what you get for booking last minute.
Our room was very clean and spacious. Towels were changed twice weekly and beds once a week. It's true there is no air con, which is a bit of a let down but apart from that we have no complaints and would stay there again.
Can't comment on the breakfast as we slept in every day till after am, but lunch and dinner was just fine. There was plenty of salad choices and several hot dished. If you like fish dishes, there was plenty of choices every day too.
The entertainments guy tried his best to involve all around the pool to join in the games but without pressure. I myself, did not engage with the pool games but my husband did and had a great time.
Evening entertainment was also not too bad. Bingo games and quizes, snake and parrott shows. The measures of spirits are very large, lager OK. Most of the staff are friendly and happy, just the odd misery, like the polish blonde girl that mutters things in polish as she serves people. If only she realised that more English people know her language than ever before.
Bottom line is, you get what you pay for and this is a 3 star hotel which both me nad my husband would visit again.
