Really enjoyed it, well worth the price of admission. Glad I heeded the advice and made it an early one as it was in the shade most of the way which was great. But tell me, what was the growling beast in the distance??? Great source of amusement!

The whole trip is approx 10k taking 3 hours, so bring plenty of re-hydration fluids. It is also advisable to bring walking sticks as there is some steep climbing on the track.
It is a truly amazing place with a bonus at the end of the trail.

The staff here were really friendly and the process of arriving to getting the helmet and going out on the path was very quick.
The walk itself was amazing, so beautiful and picturesque. There are a lot of steps along the way so poles would be recommended if you have mobility issues. Just having a basic level of fitness should make this walk simple enough to do.
The path is really well looked after and for only €8.50 for non residents, I would most definately recommend this walk. I would suggest getting there earlier rather than later so you dont risk missing out on the last 2 checkpoints which includes the mini waterfall at the end as that really makes it all the more worthwhile

Thank you very much for your excellent review, we are glad that you enjoyed the experience because customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We hope you will repeat your experience soon and enjoy the Barranco del Infierno path again.
It´s true that it is better to come early to avoid heat, we also recommend appropriate footwear, bring enough water and something to eat.
The waterfall carries more water after rainy days.
Best regards

The trail was very nice and the views were beautiful, it doesn’t take a lot of time to get to the waterfall around a 2.5 hours for the round trip if you are fast walkers, I also saw a couple of families with children,so it’s also a family friendly trip to make too.If you stay in the south part of Tenerife it’s definitely worth to see it.

Its an easy to mid range walk. Some of the path is a little steep so if you have short legs like me, walking poles will be very useful. We had our own but they are available to hire. Its a fabulous walk through a range of different types of land from barren to quite lush the further you are to the waterfall. Take plenty of water as it can get very hot.

It is also advisable to bring adequate shoes, enough water and something to eat.
