We stayed at this hotel for two weeks on a half board basis returning yesterday 14september..Having previousley stayed at other five star hotels in Costa Adeje, this one falls short on several points but overall it provides a good standard of accomodation at a resonable price. Our main concerns were the in the dining hall at breakfast, anyone could walk in unchallenged, you had to search for a vacant table.when you found one had to wait for someone to provide you with your drink and if you were very lucky get what you asked for first time. The buffet line was like a scrum with people dashing in all directions in a free for all. During our stay we made our feeelings known to the Management regarding this. Our other cocern was with the shower and bath, the mixer tap made it impossile to regulate the water temperature and if you wanted to have a bath due to the low water pressure you had to wait half an hour for the it to fill. We are sorry but you do not expect these things in a five star hotel.

This is the 3rd time we have visited this hotel in the last four years. We always stay B&B as we enjoy eating out each night.

We prefer the quiet and relaxation of the roof top pool but there is never a problem with sun beds as the hotel really does have a no reservation policy.

The hotel is very impressive on first impression. We have always found it to be clean and the staff fantastic.

If you are looking for a break in a clean smart hotel with freindly staff and stunning views that does not cost the earth go to the Costa Adeje Gran.

we were a party of 3 adults and 3 children and this hotel catered for everybody, the hotel is in a good location close to shops, bars , sea front within easy walking distance, our check in at 2130 was easy and trouble free,, the receiption staff are very good and friendly,we had no problem with sun beds, the hotel policy of not being able to resvere them works well for most pople. the food in the main resaurant was of good quality and good choice, cooked fresh in front of you.our children of 12,10 and 8 years all had lots to eat.
all in all this hotel is quite good, but there are a very things that need to be improved.
No compilmentry water in the room on arrival, we asked for some and was charge 12.10 euros for 6 small bottles, if you are spainish you get it free.
No tea making facilities, ( in a 5 star hotel we think this is a basic requiremnt )
Very very uncomfortable beds and pillows
To dine in the al a carte resurant you have to pay 12.5 euros per person for the privage, plus a 40% extra suppliment, needless to say it was empty most nights.
We apoted to go half board and up grade to all inclusive on arrival, it was 34 euros per person per day with no reductions for a 8 and 10 year old, so for 3 adults and 3 childrenn it was 204 euros per day, when we found out there was a limit of choice for ice cream, no slush puppy ( they were on sale only ) and limited drinks, we choose the pay as you go option and saved about £1400, and we had what we wanted,

this is a nice spainsh owned hotel and is heavily promoted in main land spain ,it was full ao spainsh cilentel over long weekends,

I stayed at this hotel at the end of August with my husband and 3 children (9,7 & 4),we had had a lovely time, the hotel rooms are large and very clean. The only bad thing i can say about this hotel is that they need more bar staff at the pool bars!! I have stayed at this hotel before and will be staying here again.

We only stayed for B&B so can't comment on meals, breakfast though was really good and varied.
Very impressive entrance and `rooms of a good standard although not 5 star.
Service good, no problems getting lounger and pool never really busy.
Location is`not a problem if you are AI, however we went B&B and it is a good 5/10 minute walk to the resort centre, or 5 minutes to the beach, downhill but not excessive.
I would go back and go AI, to avoid trips out for lunch or occasional dinner.
Would say in 30 years best resort hotel I have stayed in.
