We arrived at the costa Adeje Palace on the 26th May we’d gone All inclusive privilege as it was our second visit to this hotel and really enjoyed it two years ago. The hotel as magnificent gardens with absolutely stunning views the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us , our room was modern and very clean our experience was very relaxing no rushing for sun beds as there were plenty for everyone all day long the food was top class as usual and a good choice with variety for all age groups

Room tip: Sea view with pools

Just what we wanted and needed in January! Great hotel, staff, food, facilities and beautiful weather. Adeje is away from the bustling touristy centre, which is easily accessible by hotel shuttle bus or local transport anyway.
Wonderful walks for miles along the coast with many motivational watering-holes and light lunch options.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this break. The hotel was clean and food was brilliant. We tried all the restaurants and could not fault them. Right from the start of check in we were treated very well. As we were privilege customers, everything was explained to begin with and what to do and expect. . As part of the privilege package we loved laying on the sunbeds and to receive a little treat every so often i.e. sandwich, cookie, cake, fruit drink, cold flannel etc all served excellently by Margareta.
Food was plentiful with lots of choice - loved the salads. Restaurants were also clean and food topped up.
Hotel was situated just right, loved our evening walks along the promenade.
We would like to say a special thank you to Austin was so very helpful from start to finish. Explained how the privilege package worked when we arrived.
As it was both mine and my husband's birthday whilst staying there, we received a signed birthday card each, lovely service at the restaurants - overall felt like they had made the effect to go out of their way to do this which I think was initiated by Austin. He even came to find us on our last day to say goodbye.
Only downside was the entertainment which we thought was a bit hit and miss, but we didn't really mind as we would go for a walk or just have a drink in the bar.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is our third visit having not been here for 4 years.
I can’t stress enough how brilliant every member of staff is. The grounds are spectacular it’s situation overlooking the beach is perfect. Rooms are lovely. Only one semi negative- the sunbeds could do with replacing. I’d forgotten how much I love this place ask sit on the terrace having breakfast in the sun.

Group of couples visited, hotel was friendly, clean and a good base.
Hotel bar was expensive and the lounge / piano bar area turned their lights off at midnight, despite groups of customers being sat in the area.
Food choice was good, and service levels matched.
