Don’t think I could fault anything with our stay! Our welcome was great and even though we arrived last the still did a cold buffet selection for our dinner. Breakfast is amazing, great choice and friendly waiting staff, lunch and dinner are just as good with the food and staff. The facilities the have a great and the room was just perfect for us!
All the staff here will go out their way for you really to enjoy yourself and help you in any way they can, and that’s what you want when your on holiday! Will happily return.

We stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace for 12 nights in May. We requested a quiet room and were not disappointed. It was on Floor 1 close to the pool and restaurant. We never heard a sound at night - so peaceful. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful - Ground staff, waiters, cleaning staff, & reception staff. The hotel was was spotless and the pool area always very well maintained - towels supplied. The pools are deep - the shallowest depth being 1.45m. We were spoiled for choice with excellent food in the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner. There had been a rule of gentlemen having to wear long pants in the restaurant but this was changed mid May to shorts allowed. There was a show on every night and also music in the piano bar - most enjoyable. I would point out that the location of the hotel is 20-30 mins walking distance from the centre of Costa Adeje and the area is hilly. We did not opt for Privilege as the charge was €42 extra per person per day.

We've stayed in a H10 in Gran Canaria (albiet a 5 star) so we knew roughly what to expect. I booked but the reviews took a nosedive so we were more than anxious before we arrived.

We always stay as Privilege Guests because we prefer the formal dining. We arrived a couple of hours before check in so we were not too surprised that our room wasn't ready.

We have to say, this was by far the best check in that we have received. Everything was explained thoroughly and we waited in the Privilege Lounge until our room was ready. We were taken to our room and our luggage arrived shortly afterwards.

I'd requested a room with a view and we were not disappointed. The room was fairly big; clean and plenty of storage. During our stay we were not disturbed by any noise including the entertainment.

We loved the system for booking the restaurants which was conveniently located by the Privilege Lounge.

We ate in all 4 of the restaurants

Sakura Teppanyaki
Small intimate groups where food is cooked in front of you. Everything was explained and it was a very pleasant experience. Although we enjoyed our evening, there was no variety in the menu so not a repeat event.

El Jable
Buffet style restaurant which surprised us. We managed to get a table outside every time we ate here despite the number of guests. The food choice was great; the staff are constantly rushed off their feet but remain friendly and attentive. Favourite part for the other half was the desserts

La Choza
Poolside restaurant which serves snack type food . Ideal for us after completing very long walks . Food was tasty enough; served quickly and reasonably priced.

La Tosca
This for us is the biggest let down of the hotel. At times, the Maître d'hôtel seemed rude and didn't really appear to want to be there. The rest of the team were fantastic; friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. The choice of food at times seemed odd and it could do with a special dish of the day. We don't know how frequently the menu changes but we were beginning to struggle after a week having used the buffet restaurant on 2 nights.

The Privilege Lounge was used frequently for cold drinks. It was always clean and well stocked.

We didn't use any of the other Privilege facilities purely because we spend most of the day away from the hotel. We used the pool but we chose the one which provided shade. There were always plenty of loungers especially towards the end of the day. We did however note that despite the message that loungers were not to be reserved, this was frequently ignored.

The hotel is outside all the hubbub of the parties and is therefore very quiet. The beach is not too far away and there is 10 kms of coastal pathways passing through a variety of environments.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Its the best H10 I've stayed in and just got back a couple of days ago. It was my 3rd time at the hotel and still as good as ever, the food was better than ever, so much variety to choose from. friendly staff, pool bar and pool very large free beach towels.
piano bar had entertainment on every night, with a different player.
Over the years I've stayed in other H10 hotels and this one is the best so far

We chose to go privilege which was nice. We could go and sit in the privilege room and read the papers, watch tv, help ourselves to drinks before going for dinner' I resquested a room on top floor so had amazing views. Our room was good. The food was great, lots to choose from and plenty of it. The pools were deep so no good for me as i am not a good swimmer which was a shame. The privilege area in the grounds were good with sand and drinks being bought to you. Did find a problem with finding a sunbed a few times which wasn't good. This seemed to be a problem later in the day. There was entertainment every night outside which was a bit hit and miss but fun none the less. Costa Adeje is a lovely area. It is quiet but a twenty minute walk down the road and you are in Fanabe which has all the pubs and shops. There is a beach outside the hotel which is black sand but there is a beautiful golden sandy beach just 10 minutes walk away. The scenery is great. i really liked this area. Great for walking.

Room tip: with asked for top floor room with a view and it was perfect
