Just returned from a great week. I read the previous reviews and was a little worried. We have also stayed at the Sheraton next door on a couple of occasions so expect a decent standard. Yes this hotel isn't 5 stars like next door but yes I thought great service from check in to check out. Lovely family room on the 3rd floor with a sea view, wasn't charged anymore for this. Very clean throughout and the bathroom was fine. The building work in the corner didn't effect us one bit. Trust me you don't even know it's there. The price of a pint was also very reasonable, 3.80 euros for estrella I heard other drinks are reasonable priced as well. My wife and I stayed with our two boys 5 and 2. They loved the kids club and mini disco. One point I would suggest to the hotel, the area around the kids pool is a little slippery so a little worrying for us parents. Food in the hotel was great, we stayed half board, lots of choice and good service. Thank you H10 for a great holiday.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel but the 1st using the Privilage Service. The staff manning the Service Desk Alba Riccobono and Hakidian Correa have made our stay welcoming and relaxing. Both staff have accommodated all our requests with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Our stay overall has been excellant, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are well equiped and the hotel offers throughout the day food to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. I would return without hesitation and hope that the present staff at still here as we know that we will be well looked after.

The Hotel was Fabulous. Plenty
Of sunbathing areas. Indoor pool. Food was fab in the self service buffet restaurant. Could only change pool towels once oer day. My room was above the goods entrance so very noisy from esrly morning. Also it was the staff smoking area so kept getting a whiff of cigarette smoke. To be fair i was hardly in my room & i sure i would have been moved if i had asked

We stayed for 6 nights and found it very easy to get a space for our hire car in the surrounding streets. The free shuttle bus into Playa de las Americas was useful and we enjoyed the 2 hour walk back to the hotel one day. Food was good and they made a real effort for halloween with fancy dress, special cakes, lots of sweets and a chocolate fountain.The only disappointment was that they would not supply us with a packed lunch even though we paid for full board.
