Lovely Hotel, staff very friendly but the food was terrible, rooms very basic. Outside at swimming area was beautiful pools lovely but service at bar/food area very poor.
Evening entertainment was a lady playing a piano inside hotel, best was the entertainment outside beside pool area, live band & sometimes different shows.
We went for an evening meal which we were told we had to book 24 hrs in advance, when we got there only 3other couples there, staff never asked for your name or if we had a table booked very poor service especially when u are paying a lot of money for a meal.

Room Tip: We were meant to be in a Junior suite but really it was just a double room with an extra comfy chair...

We have just come back from a wonderful 2weeks holiday at the Costa Adeje palace ,the staff, food, room ,everything was great, this is our 2nd holiday there and was even better than last time . It's always clean, the staff have time for you ,always always good food ,all in all a place to return to again and again

Room Tip: Go for a long walk early in the morning, one of the best times to do it. Have lunch by poolside it...

We stayed at H10 for two full days and one night and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel and facilities were good and extremely clean. I had seen lots of comments about the disadvantages of not being in the Privilege Club, but this really wasn't an issue. The food was plentiful, but it's never going to be of gourmet standard with mass catering. The pool was lovely, but I was surprised there was no shallow end, given the number of young children at the hotel. However, no-one seemed to have an issue with it. The free shuttle bus into other resorts was very handy. My only gripe was the prices at the bar - 9.10 euros for a gin and tonic! This meant we went elsewhere for drinks. I would recommend this hotel to others - just avoid the bar !

It was pleasant stay, first of all thanks to the tour operator - Neckerman, because they enabled us to book better room on the highest floors (within offer called "Komfort plus" - it was really worth to pay additional, not high fee); unfortunately our reservation wasn't obvious for the hotel staff, but everything finished well. So room was very good, with side see view. Pleasant service, although not in every case :( A few persons from the reception and restaurant staff were not very polite; although there was a very smart and helpful receptionist - Maja:) Rooms are nice and clean; once air condition failed, but it was repaired immediately. Breakfasts poor, dinners better, with wide proposal (fish, sea food,meat, paella, vegetables, salads, pasta, fruits, etc). Once a week nice gala dinner. We recommend breakfasts and dinners outside, because the restaurant inside is unpleasant, looks like cheap bar and is very, very noisy. Animations very poor, but for us there was not important. A few pools, there was no problem with place. Very nice garden and fantastic surrounding, with nice beach (about 10-15 minutes walk), but very expensive (20 EUR!! or one umbrella and two beds). If you don’t pay for all inclusive -we recommend fantastic restaurant close to the beach: El Torre de Mirador, with a very good food, fantastic view and very polite /pleasant staff. In hotel many services paid additionally, among them safe (3 EUR per day). The final conclusion is: there was a nice stay, hotel is good for persons, who don't expect much fun, but expect a silent hotel, simply to rest by walking, swimming, reading, visiting Tenerife, etc.

Room Tip: Higher floors, with side see view, because are very silent

+first of all got to room and the balcony door only opened 2 ft, and of course the air conditionong didn"t work, so had to wait for someone to fix it. we had to register our credit card to pay for the drinks with the meals,needless to say there was no price list on the table, and when we got one it was a big shock!! also we got a receipt which was not itemised, and was unreadable.The food was awful, everything I tried was cold!! As it was a family holiday for our 50th wedding anniversary,my daughter and husband ate out after the first night. they did not cater for children, and the dining room was like a canteen with people lining up for self service.Thomas Cook sold this holiday as 5 * it was more like 3 * and I have been in better.also the room was crawling with ants. I have never complained about any hotel before but the price I paid was a total rip off

We stayed in this hotel for 11 miserable days from 7th October 2013. The room,in fairness was ok. The pianist in the piano bar( Yasmina) was brilliant. The canteen, laughingly known as a restaurant, was very poor. Breakfasts were passable except for the numerous dirty tables that were not tidied for up to an hour. Not enough staff.
Dinner was appalling. We ate out on a number of occasions. There was a Gala Diner which we missed, thank goodness, because of a lack of choice on the menu. No buffet that night, a blessing maybe, until you were told that the choices for the main course were rabbit or fish. Rabbit? As a choice of two? Only an insane chef or a glut of rabbit could be the reason for this.
There was no pats of butter for three days. When we asked for butter the response was 'Eet is finished'. We did enjoy a particular bottle of red wine. On the fourth day we were told 'Eet is finished'. My wife thought she would play it safe one night and had a stir fry. She waited for 30 minutes in a queue of 2 people.
Dining in the hotel was not a pleasurable experience.
There is no easy access to the outside pools so it is difficult to get in and out especially if you are not agile. There is no shallow part and anyone not over 5ft. 7ins cannot put there feet on the pool bottom.
For 550euros extra we could have aspired to the Privilege class but didn't fancy throwing away more good money after bad so we stayed with the underprivileged.
What a shame it is so bad when the location is good.
Never again.

The hotel complex is large and sprawling - it had the feel of a tourist hotel rather than a 4-5 star luxury experience. The food wasn't bad, the rooms reasonably large. Pool was cold for my liking and one thing that I found odd, was that the pool floor was covered in matts - no doubt easier to maintain and probably to hide blemishes.
As I say a reasonable hotel, but unmemorable otherwise.
