“Lovely Costa Adeje”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2012

Have just returned from a wonderful 7 day holiday on 23 Oct 2012 at the Adeje Palace and was very pleased with just about everything including spacious accommodation and contrary to some of your reviewers, terrific food choices. One gripe would have been better quality towels for a 4 star hotel would have been appreciated. Near to lovely La Caleta and a short distance to lovely promenade walk into De Duque. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: Higher floors have more light and better views

This is the 2nd time of have been to the hotel. Over the last year the food offering has been improved and is still great value. I was a little disappointed with entertainment offered in the Tide Room but this was more than made up for by the entertainment offering in reception.
Pool and Gym should open early in the morning.

Room Tip: Ask the hotel they are very helpful

a lovely hotel with a perfect location and wonderful food choices it is a shame that they concentrate on the privelige section as all customers should be given equality and not on the amount that they pay but other than that, I fully recommend the H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Room Tip: go privelige

Lovely suite overlooking the sea. The rooms are all of a good size and good standard, and the pool area and grounds are lovely with plenty of sun loungers to go around and thankfully none of that early morning towel laying. Nice quiet location within walking distance of a nice beach and shopping area.
Unfortunately let down by the dreadful food served in the restaurant. Breakfast is quiet good, but don't bother with half board or all inclusive (unless you're a big drinker) as we ate out 4 nights of 7.
Drinks are actually cheaper from the mini bar in the room than from the lobby bar. Evening entertainment shockingly bad, but then we wasn't there for that so no problem.
Would rate this hotel higher except for the above points.
Would return again but only on a b&b basis.

Great hotel with good location and cuisine. It is like little town where there are all necessary facilities. The personal is very amiable. Breakfast is remarkable - eight types of fresh juice, pancakes, bakery, fruits, vegetables, different dishes and even champagne!
Pools, jacuzzi, gym, spa salon etc. At room there is a hairdryer, shampoo, gel and tooth brush. The towels are changed every day. Restaurant Tossa is located on the territory of the hotel and offers amazing cuisine.
I advise Costa Adeje if you like silence and tranquillity. There are several beaches with sand and good restaurants nearby.

There isn't own beach. There is the beach near the hotel but it's uncomfortable and without beach beds.

Just got back after a great hol at this friendly, relaxed and comfortable hotel. Lovely room well maintained and super food well presented. The place is immaculately kept and in a perfect location for walks by the sea and quiet lounging in the sun. This was our second visit, been in March and October and will go again. Oh! By the way, it's no real distance from the airport so even that's life made easier.

Room Tip: Not good sleepers, we asked in advance for a room away from the areas beside the elevators as those...

I returned from this hotel yesterday. I travelled with family, including my five year old daughter. Had requested refurbished rooms via email with sea or pool views prior to travelling and was delighted to be obliged with same. Check in was very slow, and I was then told that my husband, daughter and I would have to wait for our room to be ready, with a wait of up to one hour. It was 2pm and we had been on the road since 5am. However rooms where beautiful, all White with beautiful balcony equipped with conservatory furnishings. In laws had curtains on their balcony adding to that mediteranian feel. AVOID EVENING BUFFET! Or eat there at your own risk......first night I was served raw chicken.....not even slightly cooked and my father in laws fish was also undercooked. Third night a creepy crawly left my salad - before the first forkful thankfully. Service in the restaurant very poor. Breakfast is better. Lots of selection with onsite boulangerie which was a god send, night and day. Very peaceful location and the pools are great. Lots of loungers. Weather was amazing. Quiet end of e resort, and a very peaceful holiday. Drinks reasonably priced despite other reviews. Overall a great break as hotel is quite beautiful with good grounds.
