“Good All Round Value For Your Money Unless You Like Toast!!!!!!!!!”
Reviewed June 4, 2012

We have just returned home having spent 7 nights at this hotel. We travelled as part of a group of 12 and found the hotel to be ideal having chosen the All Inclusive package. (When you looked at the prices for drinks this was a good choice).
The rooms are adequate with everything you need including a bath. No tea/coffee making facilities. TV with Sky News and BBC news along with other channels.
Food is best described as plentiful with a huge choice to satisfy any taste. Everything we ate was well cooked. We could not fault it. Having got on the scales this morning I have confirmed that the food does the trick!
If you like toast may I suggest that you put one hour a day aside to prepare it as the toaster was on a go slow. I tanned quicker!!!!
The pool area is ideal with plenty of places where you can tuck yourself away and relax.
There is a pool bar which provides drinks and snacks between 10am and 6pm daily. The only criticism we had was that unfortunately it closes at 6pm and it would be a great place to sit out on evenings for drinks. Also the plastic seats are starting to break and fall apart which lets the area down. Some of the chair backs are broken and could possibly tear clothes or cause injury due to sharp edges.
All in all this hotel is very good value for money providing very good food and drink in a scenic setting with EXCELLENT staff who are a credit to the hotel. We would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Yesterday we returned from a week at this hotel. I can confirm that the hotel is excellent, the rooms spotelss, the staff freindly and the gardens immaculate. The pools are large and not at all crowded at this time of year and the food was varied and plentiful. We sat outside most days (we were on half board) and, whilst we sometimes had to wait a short while for a table to be prepared it was never a problem. We had to request a room change as the one allocated to us was too close to the piano bar and and we found it too noisy but this no problem and the staff allocated us another room later that day,
Would we return? yes. Would we recommend this hotel? Again yes.
Is there a downside? If you are looking for wall to wall bars, restaurants, nightclubs and crowds this hotel would not be for you. There are bars and restaurants a short walk away but this is not the same as some other areas on the island. If you are looking for a well run, comfortable hotel then this is well worth your consideration.

Room Tip: The rooms on the side between the hotels still have an excellent at the back view of the sea and th...

Visited in March, this was our first time to Tenerife, and first ever say with a H10 hotel. My mother and father have been coming for the last few years now, and wont stay anywhere else. I have to admit that the hotel more than exceeded our expectations! The building itself is stunning, with fabulous views! very clean, and staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in room 664, and had the 'privilege' package, if you can afford the extra cost it's well worth it for all the additional benefits. We are already planning our next trip back for next year, only this time there will be 8 of us coming to celebrate my fathers 65th - Cant wait!

Just back from a week at this hotel. We stayed half board in a refurbished Privilege Room with sea views. Very well furnished and equipped and worth the extra, which also includes access to a Privilege Lounge with free tea, coffee, spirits etc, together with internet and wifi.

The staff were, without exception, brilliant - the best I have come across for being both friendly and very efficient. (We had a problem with the door to the balcony and it was repaired within 30 minutes.) It was also great to be able to have a kettle in the room (most unusual on the continent), together with an ipod dock. It was also my birthday during our stay and the hotel left a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. My daughter had also contacted the hotel and ordered wine and a cake. The cake was delicious and beautifully presented.

The grounds were very well laid out with 3 pools and no shortage of sun loungers, even though the hotel was quite full the week we were there. Food at the pool bar was excellent and certainly not overpriced. However, we did feel that food in the main restaurant (which is like a works canteen, as reviewed previously) was not of the best quality. Although there was a reasonable choice the hot dishes were never more than lukewarm and not well seasoned. I didn't have a tender piece of meat the whole week and this included food in La Tosca restaurant where you can have your evening meal if you are a Privilege guest.

The hotel is situated at the quiet end of the main resort of Costa Adeje. It is a very short walk along a traffic free promenade to the beach at Fanabe with other bars and restuarants.

If food is not your priority when on holiday this hotel is perfect.

Room Tip: Rooms on floors 4 to 6 will give you a better view

This was our second visit to the hotel as we had previously had a really good holiday 5 years previously.

Staff, rooms, hotel in general very good. However, there was not as much variety with evening meals and for last 2 days we ate out as we couldn't face the restaurant again - plenty of chips if that is what you want to eat all the time. Breakfasts are really good though with plenty of choice so if came back again would probably return bed and breakfast rather than half board.

The hotel does now seem to cater more for families rather than couples though. On the 2nd to last day we got the family from hell in the rooms near to us (big family group). They were extremely noisy and had no consideration for other people at all = doors slamming, shouting, part of the group returning very noisily to their rooms at 2am, 3am and 4am . Not ideal if you are wanting a peaceful holiday. Perhaps the hotel could put all family groups on one side of the hotel and couples on another.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the Sheraton side, as this is away from the service area. which can be very noisy...

Just back from a week of pure bliss! This was my first but certainly not my last visit to the H10 costa adeje palace. The reception staff were very welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. All staff from cleaning, bar, dining room were welcoming and friendly. I had upgraded to Privilege and it is worth every penny. Fantastic room with stunning view of the pool and sea, choice of pillows, nespresso coffee machine in your room with fresh coffee every day, turndown service and chocolates every night :) The privilege room was great with free internet and drinks in your own private little hub. The only downside was that yes there was a small seperate area for privliege guests at the pool but there seemed to be more non privilege guest in it than privilege guests. Overall fantastic hotel and would recommend.

Room Tip: upgrade to privilege

We are just back from our holiday at costa adeje Palace and I couldn't fault it. The room was amazing (5th floor) we had a side sea view. The hotel location was brilliant for us, the food was great, the all inclusive options were vast and there was table service at the bars which I hadn't experianced before. It was a brillaint week in the sun at a great hotel and if you didn't want to leave the hotel there really wasn't any reason to.
