This was our twelfth stay at this hotel so obviously we're fans, but we continue to be impressed by its high standards - great heated pool and sun terraces, very friendly and helpful staff in all departments, comfortable and well serviced accommodation, good food (and chat) at La Cascada restaurant, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, excellent location. We intend to return in September.

Room Tip: Ask for pool or garden view.

If there is anything we could do for you, do not hesitate to contact us.
We also would like to thank you for your comment here on tripadvisor. Nowadays comments on web pages like tripadvisor are quite important and are a good publicity, because it is the client himself publishing his opinion about the hotel.

This is a beautiful, classy hotel. All staff were very pleasant and genuinely wanted to be helpful. The food is superb and the choice in main dining restaurant fresh and varied. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels in this area and this is definitely overall the best in my opinion. There were plenty of sun beds so no morning rush which is important on holiday. The rooms were very clean and well furnished ...only downside is pillows which are bolster style and not particularly comfy. The hotel is spread out into various blocks and can be tricky to find your way around for first couple of days but after that fine.Definitely worth a visit.

Thank you so much for your friendly words and for your positive rating of our installations and services. We are very pleased to know that you liked our hotel and enjoyed staying with us. Regarding the mentioned "down side", we would like to inform you that we provide a pillow menu, from where you can choose the "perfect" pillow for you. Maybe this is interesting for you for a next stay with us?!

We hope to welcome you again in our hotel and remain at your entire disposal.

Kind regards.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Costa Adeje, which is one of the nicer areas of Tenerife. It is a high end, luxurious hotel with excellent service. The place is beautiful and well maintained. There are three restaurants, bars and a night club. The pool is heated ,so the water and sun are wonderful. In the mornings there is an very large breakfast buffet and the food is excellent. There are many restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. There is a beautiful path/ pedestrian road along the sea in front of the hotel that goes for miles - great for a stroll or run past breathtaking view and public beaches. Draw backs: 1) the clientele trends older, probably because of the price. 2) the pool area can become quite crowded and it can be hard to find a chair unless you violate the rules and leave your towel out to reserve the chair. (Everyone does), 3) not really for families, though there were some.

Thank you very much for your friendly words and for rating our services. We are glad to read that you have enjoyed your stay with us.
We do have many older clients but as well younger couples, depending a bit on the period of the year. But it is true that we are not a pure family hotel, although children are welcome any time, of course.
If one do not find a free sun bed, there are also plenty of them on our beautiful sun terrace, overlooking the beach promenade.

We hope that we will see you again in one of our Adrián hoteles, and remain at your entire disposal,

Kind regards.

First time at this hotel chosen on trip advisor reviews. It reminded us of Selfridges Department store in Oxford Street. People walking in all directions and congested at meal times in the main buffet restaurant with banging and clattering of plates by staff on the run! Food though was excellent in all of the hotel restaurants. Our junior suite (rejected first suite as no privacy on ground floor overlooking pool area) was good and excellent modern bathroom all kept spotless. Helpful lady in daily tour concession office in hotel. We booked wonderful experience on private yacht, Blue Jack with highly competent skipper Jesus, sailing and whale and dolphin watching. A real treat, expensive but worth it. Half day bus tour to le Teide is a must to visit and gives a break from sun beds! Hotel pools are beautifully kept and sun beds comfortable although rather packed in like sardines. We enjoyed our 2 weeks but would try to find a smaller hotel if we ever returned to Tenerife.

Room Tip: In preference book 1st floor upwards. We changed from ground floor in M block as no privacy.

Thank you very much for your kind comment here on tripadvisor. We are glad to know that you have enjoyed your stay with us. We always do our best to make the stay of our clients as enjoyable as possible and hope we did so in your case as well.
You were mentioning that you would go for a smaller hotel, if ever coming back to Tenerife. Please be informed that we have, just across the road, in front of the Jardines de Nivaria, our 4 star hotel Colón Guanahaní, with just 154 rooms. Maybe that would suit you better.

We hope to welcome you again in one of our Adrián Hotels and assure you our best services at all times.

Kind regards.

Visited this fantastic hotel for the fourth time and it certainly did not disappoint. Decided to upgrade to the presidential suite for our anniversary and was worth every penny. It's great to go back to a place and be remembered by the staff right from when you enter the reception to the bar staff, waiters and even the lifeguard such a friendly place. Went to the cupula restaurant on our anniversary night and what a dining experience staff so attentive and food out of this world. The surroundings are second to none. We feel really happy and relaxed in this hotel and can't wait to go back in the summer.
