Had read all reviews so was open to enjoying my holiday.....not a disappointment, all staff were great, anyone whom we had dealings with was pleasant, courteous and more than helpful and seemed genuinely to enjoy working there, a great team spirit. The food was good but as you would expect a little repetitive, but we have been to that area many times and have our favourites for a change. I found Juan the barman to be particularly fab, a real charmer with a cheeky smile, certainly made me come back for more..hic.. However, the rooms could do with a freshen up we were in the annexe, I had taken onboard about asking for a high room over looking the pool but failed to mention not in the annexe. But be warned very busy road from some rooms. All in all a good experience and would have no hesitation in recommending the Bahia

Dear Guests,

Thank you for your kind words talking about Bahía Príncipe Costa Adeje and its staff.

It is fantastic that you had the feeling that everybody in the hotel enjoyed their work and had a great team spirit. We have passed your special mention to our barman Juan, who will certainly celebrate it.

We would like to see you again in Bahía Príncipe,
Best Regards,

This was our 14th visit think that says it all! The only compliant i have is that you have to pay for WFI unless you buy drinks in the sports bar, then its free there. Very clean as always, plenty to eat and drink with lots of choice. Entertainment staff better than last time we were there very friendly!

Most reviews on here seem pretty accurate.

Great hotel. Even though it is quite large, it never feels too crowded / noisy. It seems to be very well planned with large gardens and separate levels for the pools etc.

The rooms are decent enough - nothing spectacular, but clean and large enough. DEFINITELY make sure that you get a pool view one - there really isn't much to see out of the back of the hotel.

There is quite a bit of walking and stairs to negotiate, but it is all done in pleasant gardens, so it can be quite a nice stroll when you've filled your belly in the restaurants.

Plenty of choice on the all-inc buffet, and the Al-a-carte restaurants are of a surprisingly good standard (you need to book these EARLY in your stay, as they tend to get booked fast)

Decent enough hotel run kids club. It doesn't look like much to the adults, but our 5 year old LOVED it, and that is what matters.

Downsides:

If you want a sun lounger by the main pool, then you have to be up with the idiots to reserve them - before 8am if you want a decent spot. Very annoying, and you'll hate yourself for doing it - but the kids will thank you.

The location is a bit rubbish with no proper paths that lead to anything interesting. We hired a car, but didn't see too much of interest when exploring.

Personally, I preferred the Costa Adeje Hotel as opposed to the sister hotel next door. It just has better bars, pools and is a tad better laid out. Others may prefer the sister hotel as it seems a bit smaller and quieter, but it just wasn't for us.

Lovely hotel though, with helpful staff and nice communal areas.

Room Tip: Make sure that you request a pool view if you want anything to look at. You'll also get a view of the sea from these

Dear Guests,

Thank you for your review about Bahía Príncipe Costa Adeje and for giving us your feedback, which we really appreciate and take into account.

We appreciate your positive comments on the hotel facilities and communal areas, the quality of food & beverage and the helpful staff.

In the early morning the whole solarium area is covered with sunbeds and parasols and we always keep a few aside for those guests who arrive later on and request them. Besides, we will avoid the very early bookings before 8,00h by removing all the towels from unattended sunbeds.

Hoping to see you again in Bahía Príncipe.

We have just returned from a week in this fab hotel. We were a party of 11. I write on behalf of my family of four. When we arrived here we were welcomed to a stunning hotel with warm welcoming staff. We were dealt with promptly and given our room(juniour suite)which when we got in was very clean and tidy with a 7 foot bed and two extras for our children. The room had a free mini bar which was filled daily and a view of the pools. We were closed to the main buffet resturant which is the only one we used as we had a 3 and 6 year old with us. The choice of food at each meal was great and the service was great too. The wide variety catered for all (Including a gluten free range). The weather was fantastic while we were there and the whole place was cleaned all day long. All staff were Pleasant and there was always someone on hand to help if needed. The animation team were always having great fun with the children and adults and although my daughter did not use the kids club enjoyed the mini disco in the evening and also enjoyed the shows. The animation team spoke many languages so all could be involved. I really couldn't think of a bad word to say about this hotel we had a great holiday which catered for all our needs and was stress free and relaxing. Thank you to all staff(receptionists, bar staff, cleaners, waiting staff, bell boys, chefs and animation). We hope to return soon. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.
