“Fantastic apartment”

Just returned from a 10 night stay with my husband at room 206, what can i say but it was just perfect. The apartment has everything you could need from the amount of glasses and pans in the cupboards to the irons, ironing board, hair dryers plus so much more and the washing machine was excellent. The apartment was immaculate and the beds so comfy with tons of cupboard and drawer space, and the views were fantastic looking right on to the pools and out to the sea where we watched the daily ferries and fishing boats just superb, we will definitely be back to room 206

Lovely apartment and close to everything, beach, shopping, bus. We had a little trouble when we arrived, but the owner took responsibility and helped us right away.
Lovely with a landlord who can act immediately when one does not know what to do.
The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

“What a super apartment.”

Have stayed in Club Atlantas several times, but allways in the hotels apartments. This time we stayed in a private apartment 010, what a difference. The hotel apartments are very clean ,but also very dated and could do with updating. Apartment 010 is much much better. The kitchen has every possible thing you need, spotlessly clean everwhere, nice comfortable beds flat screen tv all chanels available, internet[free] safe included in the rental price [30 euros in the hotels rooms] Apartment on the same level as pool and only a few yards from the harbour, beach and all the shops resturants and bars that you need, We will definately be booking this apartment again for next year. Its nice to know you are going to a good apartment and this is certainly a good one.The owners are very helpfull and easy to deal ,

“Great apartment!”

The apartment itself is pretty much faultless. We were so happy with it. It had everything we could have needed. We cooked quite a few times and it was home from home.
The beds are comfortable. There's lots of storage space and wardrobes. (We met friends who had booked directly through the hotel and couldn't even unpack due to no storage space)
There's English books, games etc in the lounge. We left books that we'd finished too. (There's also a very good book library in the hotel with lots of free books)
There's buckets and spades to use ( we also left ours behind, as we took our own from the UK, We also left 2 body boards and a digger set)
There were some food basic supplies and suntan lotions left in the apartment. We did exactly the same in the hope that the next family will benefit from what we bought but didn't use. Defiantly a perk of renting privately.
Helga is Lovely. nothing was too much trouble. we asked if there was any tupperware and a coffee machine before we flew out, and Helga went out and bought them especially! Such a very helpful lady, and always answering emails quickly.
Negatives I have are of the hotel, not the actual apartment.
Although initially the noise didn't bother us, towards the end of our 19 night stay, the noise from the bar Sloop directly underneath the apartment became unbearable. It kept us awake at night, all the drunk people shouting. We couldn't even 'nap' During the day, because there were dogs barking all afternoon. Really annoying bar full of ex pats.
We had workmen in the apartment next door that didn't bother us at all. Some noise is acceptable. Sloop bar drunken customers streaming at 3.30am is not fun to hear.
The swimming pool was lovely, although as you've probably read the pool has some strict rules if no inflatables or ball games or jumping in. This rule is great for older holiday makers or owners, but our children did get bored very quickly.
The sunbed situation got a little silly by the time we left. When we arrived, we could go out to the pool 5 minutes before 10am when the beds were unlocked and get our sunbeds for the day. After a week or so, there were people going out around 8.45am to bag their beds by putting up their parasols and putting towels down. We are pretty sure these were all the owners, who wanted their favourite sunbathing spots!! It was annoying that the reserving of sunbed rules could be broken by the owners, but any children weren't allowed to have 'fun' in the pool. We had many couples tutting at our children. So I wouldn't recommend for young children at all.

Overall, the apartment is brilliant. We had a very relaxing and lovely holiday. The location (on sloop bar) and pool rules may stop us visiting again. I would recommend, but perhaps not to families with children over 5 years. They will be bored!

“Shame about the noise”

We stayed here for 3 weeks, A well positioned apartment that unfortunately has a very busy bar underneath it that does not close until 3am every night.
I had read other reviews and was amazed that the noise did not bother anyone else, it completely ruined our stay due to sleeping in the living room of the apartment as the noise kept us awake in the bedroom, unfortunately there are no curtains in the living room only flimsy nets that anyone walking past the window can see straight in!
Complaints to the reception had no effect and the people in the next apartment said it was making them I'll not being able to sleep!
I really think that it should be emphasised about the bar and noise when people look to book this apartment.
