I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during the English camp of my school. Only the second night saw some residents that were not from our group though. The hotel offers accommodation of rooms, bungalows and villas. Keep in mind that there is no elevator so you have to ask for a room on the ground floor if you don't wish to use stairs.
Stuff is very helpful and polite and we could have a basic communication in English with some members. Keep in mind that Chaolao beach is a place that is chosen mostly by Thai people to relax.
Room is big and pleasant. although many times a sewer smell was at the stairway was really annoying.
Food quality was good but as we were on a group were on a set up menu and cannot say about variety or buffet.
Pool and landscapes were excellent.More
