Been a regular at this hotel in Chanthaburi, only because this the only hotel neat to the Gem markets without staying in real flea pit. i wouldn't stay in this hotel if I had the chance its only because there is a lack of quality hotels in Chanthaburi.
I have always found the hotel staff at this hotel unhelpful and unfriendly. I know this place is in not the Fours Seasons but I have found the management useless. For instance I had been staying here for 5 nights and I forgot to tell them I needed another night but the management didn't ask me if I needed another night and took a booking when the hotel was already full forcing me to check out. I do not recommend this hotel.
