We stayed for two nights and were very well looked after by staff who are clearly well trained in customer care. The room was quiet and comfortable. The one evening meal which we had was of good quality but the service was rather slow. We enjoyed a good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Shall be happy to revisit as the opportunity arises.

Stayed here for valentines night before, lovely cosy little hotel right across the road from the pub/resteraunt so easy stumble back to the room. Rooms small but cosy & staff very friendly and helpful really enjoyed it for one night, something different would definitely return :-)

Just stayed at the Pastures lodge, rooms clean, staff cannot do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a Groupon deal for the Reeds resturant which was excellent value for money, so we decided to stay the night.Excellent value for money with a freshly cooked breakfast all cooked to perfection. The staff is so polite and professional, thankyou for making our stay so nice.

Stayed here a few times on our trips to family and friends in Yorkshire. the facilities are good and it is so handy having the large pub on the same site. Yes, it's a chain but what makes this stand out are the very friendly and helpful staff. They are so accommodating and their willingness to help and genuine interest in us is second to none. Parking is easy as they have a large free car park. The free wifi is fast. The breakfast is great. The rooms are well appointed and cosy. The bed is very comfortable. All in all we highly recommend it. The only downfall is that it is a little out the way and you do need a car. We will certainly use it again and always enjoy our stay there.

We attended a 80's night at the adjacent Pastures Lodge Bar and stayed overnight at the Hotel.
The room was clean and cosy, although th decor was a little depressing.
The breakfast in the morning was a 10 /10 score, overall the staff were pleasant and helpful and would not hesitate to stay again,

Room Tip: If attending a event at the Lodge ask about a discount for the hotel a £70 room can be got for £55.

Excellent customer service,

Check in on reception was faultless the receptionist couldn't do enough for us, I requested a bath (which I didn't request when I booked the room) and the receptionist did everything she could and found us a room with a bath,

Room was lovely, clean, spacious and very homely, tea facilities where bit in the basic side only 2 tea bags and 2 white sugars 4 coffees and 3 milks not really enough for two people, but the biscuits were nice.
Bed was lovely and comfy and the pillows were lovely and soft.

Unfortunately by morning my partner had taken ill, so I told the maid we didn't need our room servicing today she was really helpful n asked if we needed anything like extra towels etc,
By lunch time my partner was really ill and had to have a ambulance out to him, the lady on reception (the same one that checked us in night before, was not wearing name badge so not sure on name) couldn't of been more helpful she kept in contact with me whilst I was in my room looking after my partner she put all the calls from the doctors straight throw to me, and showed the ambulance staff where we were, nothing was to much trouble,
My partner was discharge from hospital that nigh so we manage to spend our second night in the hotel like planned.

Next morning went down for breakfast, well what could u say about it, it was just lovely such a selection from cereal to yogurts to full fry up there was just so much choice, unfortunately don't think my partner quite enjoyed it as much as me as he still was not 100%,

On checking out of hotel the receptionist asked how my partner was which I thought was lovely.

Over all really enjoyed our stay and would defiantly go back again
