Stayed here 1 night in March 2013 and found it to be ideal for my needs. Aircon, shower, TV, very clean bed, towels & bathroom. Away from main roads, this location is set at the end of a small soi & very quiet. There is no food in house but across the road is a brilliant restaurant (Tony's Place) serving a good menu.

Great place to stay in Nan

I've stayed at Huen Kuang on three different occasions since February 2013 and will continue to stay there whenever in Nan. A nice new establishment, very clean, quiet area,friendly staff and the lovely lady owner speaks English making it easy for those of us with very little Thai. Busy place with many Thai tour Vans on their way through town, so if you're planning on being in Nan at the height of tourist season book in advance.

Room tip: Second floor rooms are best as the tour vans tend to leave early and there can be loud conversation in the parking lot. But for early riser's not a concern.
