We stayed here for a weeks all inclusive, it's a German hotel and many of the signs and notices are not translated into English.
All inclusive is from 11am - 11pm only. (Breakfast of course is included)
There are two pools (average size) and a small childrens pool although still quite deep for very little ones. Life guard was on duty
All meals served in the one restaurant - food is quite bland, serving a varied selection of meat, fish, pasta etc.. gets a bit the same after a few days. Lacks pudding but plenty of fruit.
Good location - 15 mins from the airport (20 Euro if you want a taxi)
5-10 min stroll to the beach
Air con in the bedrooms
Good shower and supply of hot water
Bedroom cleaned every day - not spotless but generally clean and tidy
Towels changed once a week.
Bedroom was spacious enough for a weeks stay. We had a family room with 3 single beds pushed together (made up separately) with a 4th bed against the wall. Plenty of storage.
Safety deposit box in the room.
Pool table in the bar
Table tennis by the pool
Hotel staff seemed quite miserable although helpful enough if you needed anything
All inclusive stops at 11pm and have to sit inside at that point
On checkout day if you'll be in the hotel after 11am (due to a later flight etc) your all inclusive will still stop at 11am.
we were on the top floor (level 6) which is quite high and hot therefore not recommended if you have a small child. Although the room has air con it only activates when the patio door is shut.
Lacked any kind of entertainment in the evening except a German disco twice a week which nobody seemed to notice - certainly no dancing.
All inclusive guests are only served plastic cups, paying guests get the proper glasses.
Tip - In order to keep your room cool for when you return from being out in the day, take the key off the key fob and leave the plastic key fob in the socket. The plastic key fob activates the electric and therefore the air con. The manager told us to do this after complaining the room was too hot.
Overall it was pretty average, not awful but won't be staying again.
