We stayed here for a weeks all inclusive, it's a German hotel and many of the signs and notices are not translated into English.

All inclusive is from 11am - 11pm only. (Breakfast of course is included)
There are two pools (average size) and a small childrens pool although still quite deep for very little ones. Life guard was on duty

All meals served in the one restaurant - food is quite bland, serving a varied selection of meat, fish, pasta etc.. gets a bit the same after a few days. Lacks pudding but plenty of fruit.

Good points
Good location - 15 mins from the airport (20 Euro if you want a taxi)
5-10 min stroll to the beach
Air con in the bedrooms
Good shower and supply of hot water
Bedroom cleaned every day - not spotless but generally clean and tidy
Towels changed once a week.
Bedroom was spacious enough for a weeks stay. We had a family room with 3 single beds pushed together (made up separately) with a 4th bed against the wall. Plenty of storage.
Safety deposit box in the room.
Pool table in the bar
Table tennis by the pool

Bad points
Hotel staff seemed quite miserable although helpful enough if you needed anything
All inclusive stops at 11pm and have to sit inside at that point
On checkout day if you'll be in the hotel after 11am (due to a later flight etc) your all inclusive will still stop at 11am.
we were on the top floor (level 6) which is quite high and hot therefore not recommended if you have a small child. Although the room has air con it only activates when the patio door is shut.
Lacked any kind of entertainment in the evening except a German disco twice a week which nobody seemed to notice - certainly no dancing.
All inclusive guests are only served plastic cups, paying guests get the proper glasses.

Tip - In order to keep your room cool for when you return from being out in the day, take the key off the key fob and leave the plastic key fob in the socket. The plastic key fob activates the electric and therefore the air con. The manager told us to do this after complaining the room was too hot.

Overall it was pretty average, not awful but won't be staying again.

Room Tip: Floor 5 & 6 are not really suitable for a child, balcony rail a bit unsafe and rooms very hot.

Do not remember names but the two front desk girls(one originally from Jaen and the other from Poland) were very friendly and helpful.
Also the server with the beautiful constant smile from Latvia should be commented!

Room Tip: Low priced!

Woke up on my first night here, with a robber in my room. On going to see the night manager, he shrugged, and said that it was a common thing to happen in the area. Nothing was done, no CCTV checks.. the doors to the hotel room do not even lock properly. I will not be staying here again.

Well, the hotel itself is set back from the beach and is a 5 minute walk through some 'interesting' parts of town. The first night some of our group were robbed by someone climbing through their balcony.

The rooms are ok and the showers are very powerful, breakfast is mediocre, not quite a proper continental breakfast. The hotel is dominated by Germans, they're everywhere, the population is mainly elderly. Despite being looked down upon if we had come from Mars everytime we stepped foot indoors the hotel was relatively friendly.

Room Tip: Higher the better!

Arrived home on 20/03/13 after a week at the resort. The hotel is in a German Tourist dominated area. All bars and restaurants advertise and cater in German. The hotel was dominated by mainly Spanish residents with a few German and Italian. The staff at the hotel could only speak a little english and any activities at the hotel were conducted in the Spanish language. The maid came in every day to change towels and make beds, she was very efficient. Room was clean but a little on the drab side. Noisy at night. Food was bland and often served warm to cold. The hotel itself is 'tired' looking and the surrounding area is lacking in character. I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends nor would I return for another holiday.

Room Tip: Don't accept a room opposite the lifts.

We would go to this hotel again. It appears to be under refurbishment starting from the dining room. All meals were buffet with loads of choice and everything looked fresh every meal time. Dessert was quite limited but made up for with loads of fresh fruit each day. We were there mid September and had no problems with queues or finding a table. It is all right now so will be very good when the minor paint job is done. We paid for a double room and got a triple. Loads of room for 2 people but could be a bit squashed for 3 girls! All staff were friendly and efficient. We seemed to be the only Brits - most of the guests were German or Dutch. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute to a bus stop to go to Palma. We only found a few English bars as most of them are German playing German music. The London Bar was 5 minutes away but a lot further for any more. Right outside the hotel is a foootball park that is floodlit until midnight - all you need is a ball!

Room Tip: Ask to be away from front door it is more at the rear

The only thing good about this hotel is that there is no cockroaches, it was cheap and the air condition worked. another small plus is that the bus-stop is close.
Bad cleaning when we arrived, the beds were terrible, the breakfast was nasty, money was stolen from our room (by the cleaners, and the reception was not helpful with that at all), paper thin walls (you can hear when other people turn on the sink or flush the toilet), almost only Germans stay there (and they are VERY noisy) and horrible staff - they are very rude and they don't speak English or even smile at you if you ask for your room key. Pool was very dirty and you can't buy drinks from the store and bring them to the pool, the people who work there will take them from you and only let you drink the expensive drinks they sell. Room has no fridge, but you can rent for 39 EUR a week, but there is no electricity when you are not in the room so that won't work very well anyway.

I will never stay here again, it was sincerely a pleasure to leave the hotel.
