Stayed in 503 nov 7 for one week absolutely fantastic. bottle of champers on arrival and tea, coffee and milk in fridge for us.
Apartment was of a very high standard with Sky t.v.- dvd player and selection of dvds and books.Microwave - Toaster and full array of cutlery in fact everything that was needed
to make it so homely and welcoming. Beds so comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space for our clothes.
Loungers on patio overlooking pool also beach towels for us to use down the beach.
Would also give a big heads up to Dave and Jackie who run the pool bar - GREAT food and a GREAT welcome all day or night.
Overall a great place to stay and we are going back next year.

Room Tip: Try out the food in pool bar . you will not be disappointed.

The apartment was basic and clean, Great Value for money. Pool was excellent unheated.
The Manager Mario was fantastic nothing was too much trouble. The bar attendant Allan was a gem, told us of Tourist attractions local transport and safety. We were a ,party of 2 best friends escaping for the New Year, 3 December , after a busy family time at Christmas. Felt safe and intend to return. 2 Scottish Lassies

Room Tip: Had a studio double room at pool, lovely and Sunny

When we arrived the hotel only had us booked as two adults although we were two adults, one child and one infant. This could be the fault of onthebeach.com but when contacting them it appears in their terms and conditions you can't change once travelled.
The studio was very dated and only front entrance with no windows and no ventilation. If you use the toilet god help everyone else.
The kettle was repaired on the flex with a band aid plaster and strangely had a uk plug, but the sockets are two pin. The place was generally dirty, ripped curtains, broken furniture, stained sofa bed. The pool is not kid friendly as there is no shallow end or kiddy pool. The rooms are hot so don't expect a good sleep. We decided to bite the bullet and pay again and move to another hotel.

The architect who designed these apartments must have had a brainstorm when he decided to install patio doors without any ventilation or protection from mosquitoes on an island with temperatures that can reach 40 degrees plus in the summer. We stayed in room 317 on the the bottom floor this year end of September. The only way we could get any air in the room at night was to jam a mop in to one of the patio door and put a chair were the space was. The apartments on a whole were clean but we had a problem with ants on the kitchen surfaces. We also experienced quite a lot of noisy young people that used the sun beds directly in front of our apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying in the old town. On the whole our stay was enjoyable. The complex nearly opposite the apartments was very convenient and offers excellent restaurants entertainment and a large supermarket.

Just got back from a weeks stay here with a friend. We were in room 311, it was very small and on the ground floor, the only door into the room were the patio doors, it only had a window in the bathroom so at night it got really hot because you had to keep your doors locked. We had a bit of a problem with ants on the kitchen surfaces. The towels and bedding were only changed once in the week and really could have done with them being changed more often. The lighting in the room was rubbish so no good for doing your make up at night! All the staff we came in contact with were lovely, especially the guy on reception, he was really friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome, however reception was only open a few hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening. The pool bar offered a selection of breakfast and snacks, and all the staff were friendly however it seemed to shut quite early but halfway through our stay a new couple took the bar over and i think they have some better plans for it so think they might start opening it later and liven it up a bit! The pool area was lovely, pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel itself quite a way out from the beaches and main strip, about 20min walk or just under 4euros in a taxi which is quite reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
