We had an evening meal here. Food & service is excellent. I had the chicken wings & mexican steak & my wife had the Chorizo Sausages & chicken fajitas. All dishes fresh & hot and as everyone says, very large portions. You won't go away hungry!

Just visited El Cuate with my partner and 4 month old son. We picked a seat outside but once we had ordered the rain came down. The lady serving was fantastic in making sure we was OK. As hard as it tried the rain couldn't spoil the gorgeous food. We had nacho supreme and chorizo and cheese for starter followed by enchiladas and tacos for our main. Big portion size and great quality at a reasonable price. Would definitely visit again.

Poor, dull, flavourless food. Not at all Mexican- apart from the tablecloths. Find somewhere else to spend your money or perhaps try the little Mexican in the corner. No idea if it is any good but it has to be better than El Cuate.

Try the Nachos supremes starter. One between two. You won't be able to eat anymore. Then the Chicken Fajitas one between two again. But to die for the Jug of Margaretta Finish it all off with a Chocolate Tequila. Mabel xxxx tanfastic.
