Awful apartment, dirty & the smell of cigarette smoke hit us when we opened the door & mould in the bathroom & paint peeling off the walls & the plaster had blown in some places. Needs a good revamp. Looked lovely round the pool area & the outside
This was my second stay here in apartments. I like it because very quite and only adults . No kids here aloud .Studio are spacious and its only self catering there no other options . Very close to all shops and beach . Handy . Room cleaning done every day . Reception ladies very nice and friendly , always there to help if needed . I like it there and will be back in future again .
These apartments are extremely basic no TV in case that's what you like ,bathroom is clean ish but could do with a deep clean in the corners and edges and a very odd shape endless do,s and don'ts in a file , whole place needs a revamp you get 2 toilet rolls and a gift for staying after that you have to buy your own in all the years of holidays we have never had to do this ,on the plus side the beds are comfy but that's about it location us great but unfortunately wouldn't stay again
Had a lovely stay at this Adults only complex, studio is basic but are very clean and serviced daily. It is only a minute walk from the Gran Casino so was in a perfect location for me.There is a Supermarket and The Mighty Duck Bar next door. The staff are lovely and very helpful. You can rent what you need from the complex for eg, Iron, hairdryer, sun lounger cover for a nominal fee. It was my first time as a solo traveler and would highly recommend this cheap and cheerful complex for a week of relaxation. I a looking forward to a return visit
We booked this accommodation on booking.com and although I knew the accommodation was small I chose it for the location.
Here are the good points first:
Location is amazing just minutes from the main strip
The pool area was nice however we didn't use the pool
During the 4 night stay the room was cleaned twice and they did a good job.
Here are the bad things:
The apartment although advertised as a studio apartment was more like just having a small room.
Everything is dated and old and being such a small room could easily be renovated for little cost.
The owners of this apartment complex are so mean they don't supply anything not even hand soap, who brings hand soap with them for a self catering holiday. in the room there is no air con or even a ceiling fan, but you can hire a fan heater for x amount of euros a week.
This apartment complex as I said earlier charges for absolutely everything even a cushion for the sunbed and an umbrella. I believe for a family wanting to stay during hotter weather you would need to part with between 50 - 60 euros to pay them just to have the basics.
Location is brilliant but there are far better apartments with a similar location cheaper
