We had a lovely stay here, the apartments are basic but clean and contain all you'll need, you have to rent your tv 2euro a day and app 5 channels but 4 off them are news and the other is fox. my only big complaint is we didnt feel very safe at night as the sliding doors could easily be opened from the outside so we kept the lamp on all night to make it look like someone was still up, The pool area is brilliant plenty of sun loungers but the mattresses are 1euro a day :(, my son was in the pool all week and it's spotlessly clean. There is a bar and snacks r available but we never really used it but dingy looking to be honest. Reception only open at certain times which is a pain, it was closed when we arrived place looked locked up bit scary if I'm honest lol but there's a poster telling you were to go to get your keys and a code for the gate altho you do have to walk past all the smelly bins :(((( but once you are in it's great. Local super market right next door it's very reasonably priced and there's a purple turtle pub just a couple off doors up the hill, the food in there is lovely, also done the grand tour while here booked at reception for 45 euro a long day out but worth visiting, we had a fab holiday and I'd defo stay here again...

La Florida is situated close to all you need in Lanzarote! It is just 5-10 minutes from the central and 3 min from bus station which will take you to other beautiful towns inLanzarote.
The studios are moderate but nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. On my way back to London I was unfortunate to discover I had left my mobile phone at the hotel. However, when I Skyped the hotel they went an extra mile and sent it back to me. That shows how kind and friendly the hotel staff is! You can also book the tours at the reception which I think is very convenient.

Stayed for 9 days here over christmas with my husband we found the apartments to be clean but abit out dated and could do with a facelift or change of colour in the rooms as they are abit dull also the beds are very hard and uncomfortable as did'nt really get a good sleep for my stay but they are close to bars and restaurants and shopping centre if you like indian food there's a really nice restaurant in the new town called Fazz which is really nice and O'Reillys do afew specials in the day a meal and a pint for under 6euro there's also a nice little pub called The Place just of the main strip also the buses are good if you want to go out in the day to a different resort area for a change overall had a great time

Room Tip: We stayed on the 3rd floor which was grand but if you have walking difficulties there are no lifts i...

Stayed for 1 week, great location 2 supermarkets on doorstep, the apartment was clean and spacious, a bit dated but we did not pay a lot, we found the surrounding area great for eating out at very reasonable cost for food and drinks. Hired a car for 3 days from cabrera medina, just down from apartments, again good value with comp insurance included, a cd of places of interest was available for your sightseeing around the island, thought it was a nice touch.
We took a taxi from airport rather than a coach transfer, we were at our apartment 15 minutes after leaving airport, only 20 euros including tip, booked taxi with reception for return to airport, much better than pick ups en route.

Room Tip: We asked for a high floor, got 1st floor, had good sea view, sun on terrace all day

Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, only sunny for 3 days but the room was fine with a nice little terrace and the location was ideal. Lovely restaurants on either side and the greatest little Irish pub (The fish bowl a little further down the hill. Great company and when you don't feel like drinking anymore you can get a nice latte and a scrumptious slice of carrot cake. There was plenty to do when the weather was not so nice. Easy access to shopping, in the old town and at the little markets in the next town . Taxis are cheap and there is a water bus leaves fromPuerto del Carmen marina at the bottom of the hill. The weather can make a holiday but I don't think it can break it so we had agreat time anyway. And later you can back to the pub for some. Great all round for an inexpensive holiday. Biggest problem was the paper walls and next door snored like a tornado going past.

Room Tip: Please note that when you order a fan and they say it will be here in an hour that is where it stays...

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival, finding all areas to be clean and we enjoyed regular maid service throughout our stay. Rooms are dated, but ours was in a good state of repair. Self catering facilities a little limited, but with a vast range of eateries nearby you don't want to be cooking in anyway! Didn't try the pool bar, but the Irish pub on the front served a nice breakfast. Quite a walk into the heart of busier end of Puerto Del Carmen, but a stones throw from the Old Town.

Stayed here for 5 days 10.02.13 . Apartments are in a great location . Just a 2 min walk downhill to the old town. A brillant supermarket is just next door so everything u need is at hand. The apartments themselves were spotlessly clean , a little tired, however all u needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. We paid approx 15.00pppn b&b which was fantastic value for money. Breakfast was self service with choice of cereal, toast, oj and tea and coffee followed by full english with eggs to order. Snacks were available and well priced too. Overall these apartments were ideal for our short break as we got total value for money so why pay more. Would defo stay here again as it has ticked all the boxes. Location , peaceful, clean and spacious , well equipted apartment and excellent value with breakfast thrown in .... Bargain
