People are too fussy we got this hotel at a good price and we got what we paid for. Entrainment was ok food could have been a little warmer but we had a great time as we didn't pick at the hotels faults. We picked up on the good side of things and we have a fantastic time. Room was clean and service was good we were very pleased with our stay and will be returning. Weather was incredible

This hotel is spilt by a road and you can get to both sides via a tunnel, on one side with the reception and bar it is noisy side the other is quite. lucky for us we had the quite side, it has its own pool, but no bar or entertainment, and that makes the difference.

The hotel itself is spotless and the staff always polite. The noisy side is the big letdown, with what I am sorry to say is by English larger louts. that thinks it must be funny to drink as much as you can and make a fool of themselves, and make the rest of us feel uncomfortable.

The food is ok, but after 3 days it is all the same, so we started to eat out and we found some very nice nearby eating houses, giving a warm welcome. The old Town by the harbour is the best we found and a stunning location. You do feel like a 2nd class guest if you are all in, with cheaper drinks in plastic glasses.

Overall would I go again? maybe not, but I would go to the same area. just the food and larger louts let it down so much.
Also don't book transfers they wanted to leave 4 hours before the flight time to go back to the airport. A Taxi is 10 mins away and is about £12 so we took that back and had 2 hours extra in bed.

Room Tip: Go for the quite side

Dear guest,
We are very thankful to you for choosing our establishment to enjoy your holidays. We regret enormously the behaviour of some of the other customers, we did talk to them and they were asked to behave with proper manners and politeness.
We work hard to keep a great standard in our catering service with different assortments of menus and great food quality. Our menus are different every single day including our dinner service. There are seven themed dinners, one for each day of the week.
Yours sincerely,

I have just came back from a 3 night stay at this hotel and had a great time. There was a group of 7 of us split over 3 rooms. My room was a 1 bedroom apartment, which was fine - it had a bedroom with twin beds and 2 sofas in the lounge. I slept on the sofa and it was comfortable. The rooms were clean and had everything you want. Although I did notice that there was no air conditioning - this was not a problem in Jan but I am not sure it would be the same in the middle of the summer.
We were on the all inclusive package and I felt it to be excellent value for money - especially if you like a drink! This is the first time I have done all inclusive but friends tell me that the drinks are usually watered down - they certainly were not here! The food is all buffet style, there is everything that you could wish for on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner were similar there was often a random jumble of items on offer - but there was plenty of choice and it would be a very awkward person who argued the food on offer wasn't value for money.
The entertainment - well to be honest it was pretty bad, but the entertainments staff worked really hard and we had a laugh. Not sure since when a reptile show has been entertainment - but we enjoyed our birthday girl being volunteered to have the snake around her neck.
My only negatives about the hotel are the staff are not particularly friendly (other than the entertainment staff) but they are efficient. Also if you want to be in the centre of things or near the beach this may not be the ideal location as it is about a 20 min walk down a steep hill to the beach (or more importantly 20 mins up a steep hill to get back!).
Would I go again? Hell yes! (but not in the summer and only if I was on all inclusive)

Room Tip: ask for a room in the main block overlooking the main pool /bar area. There are some rooms on the o...

Just came back from thb flora, first room they gave us was bad would not of used it for a kennel, paid a extra 10 euros a day to get a better one which was fine. Food was ok, entertainment was not to our taste but they make an effort with the kids.
It is up at the top of a steep hill but a taxi is only 2-3€ to the port and and town,we walked it fine.
One annoying thing is that they will only give you two drinks at a time even if 4 of you all inclusive two trips to the bar.
Paid for the tv picture is terrible.
No pool towls either had to go buy some.
Hotel is keeped very clean and tidy and was a nice chillout, cant complain to much for what we paid

Room Tip: Dont get a studio

Dear guest,
We do appreciate your feedback, it helps us to improve. Our goal is to provide a great service every day including our all inclusive service which at the pool bar is not self service; we do serve up to two drinks every time a customer asks for drinks and we serve them as many times as they need but just up to two drinks each time to ease taking them to the place where they are located on the terrace.
We do provide 40 different TV stations. There are TV stations in many different languages according to demand with stations for the young and the adult. There are some free channels and other which are pre-pay, those pre-pay stations are also pay per view in several European countries such sky station. We dislike knowing that you were not pleased with our TV service.
Yours sincerely,

hotel room was basic but everything you need. we chose breakfast accomodation so we never cooked in our aparment. breakfast was plentiful if you like a fry up and pastries. lots of food tho.pool was lovely. always cleaned in the morning. other reviews on here mention cats. i think we saw 5 in total, not a problem though. the other comment was the hill walk from town. this didn't bother us but if you're not used to walking or not physically able then i wouldn't recomend. it took us about 10 mins to walk into town and a bit longer to walk back but who's in a rush on holiday anyway!its a relatively steep walk up.however any tours we went on picked us up and dropped off right outside the hotel so perfect for tours.overall, enjoyable.

I returned.home last week (5 adults in our party) and we were all disappointed in this hotel. Please note that the walk down to the sea front, shops etc.,may only be 10-15 mins but its extremly steep, so unless you do a lot of hillwalking, you will have to bus/taxi everywhere. The hotel food is the worst I have ever saw. Breakfast was ok. lunch varied, & dinner most nights couldnt be eaten. There was themed nights, but dont expect basics like pizza or macaroni cheese on 'italian night' or on 'mexican night' the chilli had no meat at all. Also the 'included snacks' tended to be breakfast or lunch leftovers, with additions like bread rolls, spread with chocolate paste. Please note that goat, rabbit etc were on offer, so we are out several times. The entertainment staff Ellie & Steffan, done a good job with everyone & were always happy to have bingo, darts, poolside games, etc during the day & most evenings the hotel had entertainment, though not on the saturday or sunday evening that we were there. Our rooms were basic, but clean as was the rest of the hotel. I wouldnt return to this hotel, mostly due to the location, but if this isn't a problem for anyone trying to book, I strongly recommend you book only for bed & breakfast

Dear guest,
We would like to thank you for choosing our establishment for your deserved holidays. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our catering service, the one we try day after day to improve as much as we can. We serve different themed dinners every day offering traditional products in each dinner, for example rabbit or goat, papas arrugadas, mojo picón,Canarian traditional fish and traditional desserts when we cater traditional Canarian dinner. We also serve fajitas, chile and quesadillas on our Mexican themed dinner.
We do appreciate that you liked our animation team work every day apart from Sunday which is their day off.
