Whilst at this complex there were at least 2 break in . On on the ground floor and at l on the 2nd floor. My room had previously been broken in as you could see the poor repair. We has a piece of wood that was used to wedge patio door shut. The breakfast was good. The rest of the meals were the same as every all inclusive I have been to. Staff were ok. Pool was lovely. Views from room was lovely. Room ok. Would go back to the hotel but would stay self catering as we ate out every night. Entertainment rubbish

Just had a week in this place and really can't see what all the fuss is about.
First impressions worried us when the taxi pulled up outside (20 euros from the airport).
We heard of no break ins whilst there. We got a safety deposit box on arrival and ensured our belongings of any value were locked away or taken with us (phones, iPad if by the pool) common sense tells u to do that surely??
The rooms were basic but had all we needed. We went self catering but were told the food was excellent. The weather was great whilst there but take a cardi/coat as is very nippy in the evening and windy during the day but helps with the tanning! Some great places to eat out. You get fed up of being asked to eat in each one as you pass but tell them you've already eaten and they leave you be.
Close to a supermarket, left out the hotel, down the steps past the gym, down the little hill and second on the right.
Great location as near to lots of pubs and restaurants.
Staff, we found, were friendly. The pool is too cold for us Brits to enjoy though it never stopped the kids and the Germans.
All in all, a fab week and yes, we probably would return to this resort again. Yes we have stayed in better hotels but then paid £300 more each to do so.
It's fine.. Enjoy!!!

Staying here at the moment more police visits than rep visits the police should open a sub station here for the amount of breakins it would save the enviroment due to reduced petrol emissions on there daily visits

Stayed in this resort from the 13th to the 20th of February. I had picked it primarily based on its location in the old town which we really enjoy. The apartments are a little tired even for three stars, the cleaning was fair at best the dining room food was good and the dining room staff and bar staff were excellent. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the the reception staff who were at best unhelpful. Each morning brought a new tale of break ins one in an apartment two doors along from us happened when the family were sleeping in the apartment. We also found that on a number of occasions our windows were unbolted which seemed strange as I never saw a room being aired. I would echo a previous reviewer and recommend that if you stay at this resort you should purchase a safe key on arrival. It appeared from the tales we heard each day that the people burgled had just arrived!

Room Tip: Rooms with wooden doors appeared to be more secure than those with a balcony entrance! Get a safe on...

This could be such a nice resort and many of the staff are friendly and helpful but there is a very serious security problem with almost daily reports of theft of valuables from appartments. However the most worying fact was the lack of acknowledgement by resort managers of there being any problem with the suggestion that people were leaving the doors open - what a joke. There are generally two types of appartment on this resort, those on a level starting with 1,3 or 5. Each of these appartments have enrty via a patio door with a card entry. These appartments are also on the ground floor level. The appartments on the upper level have a door and key entry and seemed to be more secure. My wife and I were staying in room 509 and generally concur with the review by the couple who wrote about 509 below (so no point in repeating).

I went on holiday with two other families who were on the same level as me and both had valuables stolen along with another couple who had young children, last week we had reports of others having goods stolen. You may say why not use the safe, however the safe is inly small so if you are taking things like iPAD's or kids games etc, these may not fit in the safe and so you had best sleep on them and carry them with you wherever you go. So what is really happening here???

The managers will show you on a printed report all the entries made to your appartment, these include you, the card holder and a copy, which is cleaning staff. However you would expect the staff to only enter your appartment once to clean, or twice at worst, however there were occasions when they come and go several times a day. We believe there is a target on those with young families and our friends also found that locked windows where unllocked upon return to their appartment. So, in summary if you are going here remember:-
1. Do not under any circumstances accept an appartment on a floor with card enrty until this resort recognises there is a problem and have dealt with the problem. Do not simply accept their word for this, check with the local police who will have reports (and stated to my friends that they had regular reports.)
2. If you do find you have been robbed, do not expect any acknowledgement by resort managers, they are in denial, but you must report this to the police (at a cost of 35 Euros), any report fron the resort, they will simpley offer a blank peice of letter headed paper with the dates of your stay
3. Get a safe upon arrival, not the day after, and make sure all your goods can go in.
4. Make sure your windows are locked and check every time you come back.

So sad really, it could be a really nice resort but I would not go here again.

Reception staff didnt care at all. In the wk we were there at least 2 or 3 appartments robbed each night. Shocking security!! Dont book this hotel.
The staff on reception dont care they stay in back office and let young trainee lad deal with things.
